Le gîte du palais, Beautiful 3-room apartment with windows on the Palais Longchamp, a few steps from the famous Canebière!
In the district where water arrived in Marseille in 1850, you will be in the heart of Marseille. The Longchamp palace was built to celebrate the arrival of running water from the Durance river. It is a beautiful monument with a museum and permanent and temporary exhibitions as part of Marseille 2013.
The palace gardens are an oasis of calm and freshness in the heat of summer, you just have to cross the boulevard to access it.
The district was completely renovated when the tram was put into service in 2007, facades redone, palace renovated, new roads.
The T3 apartment of 55m2 completely renovated is located in a small house of 2 floors, large living room with flat screen TV, two attic rooms upstairs with bath, washing machine, US kitchen, dishwasher, bed sheets are provided, end of stay cleaning is included.
All public transport at the bottom of the building: Tram / metro / bus.
Shops and restaurants nearby including the famous 'Chez Vincent' easy access to downtown, the beaches and all the main monuments of Marseille.
You will appreciate the convenience of this authentic old Marseille district where you can come as a tourist or to work.
Many new places such as the Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations (MUCEM), music festivals such as the Fiesta des Sud in Marseille, circus, dance, etc.

The opportunity to discover or rediscover Marseille and Provence. Many renovated or entirely new places will be open to the public: in Marseille the J1 hangar in the heart of the port, the Mucem (Museum of Civilizations in Europe and the Mediterranean), the Longchamp palace, the extension of the Granet museum, the conservatory of music, the Vasarely foundation or the Camp des Milles…

Un apartament ben situat per visitar Marsella

Es tracta d'un segon pis totalment reformat, net, lluminós, confortable i ben equipat . L'escala de l'immoble no està gaire neta i no té res a veure amb la comoditat de l'apartament. Està molt ben situat, en un carrer tranquil i ben comunicat i amb comerços i serveis a tocar. Al costat del tramvia, amb el metro a la vora, tocant el Palais de Lognchamp, que es veu des de la finestra. També es pot anar a peu al centre tot passejant, uns 20 minuts costa avall. L' única cosa una mica sorprenent a tenir en compte és que no hi ha tovalloles al bany i que les has de portar de casa. En conjunt l'apartament és una bona opció per a una estada agradable a Marsella. Se trata de un segundo piso totalmente reformado, limpio, luminoso, confortable y bien equipado. La escalera del edificio no está muy limpia y poco tiene que ver con la comodidad del apartamento. Está muy bien situado, en una calle tranquila y bien comunicado, próximo a comercios i servicios. A pie de tranvía, cerca del metro, junto al Palais de Longchamp, que se ve desde las ventanas. También se puede ir paseando hasta el centro en un recorrido de unos 20 minutos cuesta abajo. La única cosa un poco sorprendente a tener en cuenta, es que en el apartamento no hay toallas en el baño y hay que pensar en llevarlas en el equipaje. En conjunto, el apartamento es una buena opción para pasar unos días agradables en Marsella. Roser Mercadé
