This beautiful rural house for eight people in Tuscany is set amidst 500 hectares and perched on a hilltop, commanding a breathtaking panoramic view. The beautiful Tuscan countryside has its own way of stirring the senses, and you will discover this while sitting back in the private plunge pool (3m x 2,5m ) gazing at the rolling hills; or when relaxing under our shaded terrace, enchanted by the surrounding landscape; the nearby lakes and woodland.

Half of the land of the estate is cultivated and grazing fields; it is home to the farm, whose main activities are breeding Chianine cows and growing wheat. (The farm received its organic farming certification in 1992.) The other half of the land is covered by a superb old woods rooted in volcanic rock. The land boasts spectacular walls of rock and various tree species. It not only provides shelter to the miscellaneous woodland fauna, but it also treasures a reserve of rare white truffles.

Guests seeking cultural tours can visit Siena, Pisa, Florence, or the nearby towns of Volterra and San Gimignano. Our most attentive staff will be delighted to help you plan your itineraries. The estate offers plenty of truffle hunting; fly fishing, bird watching and hiking. Nearby the villa you will find golf courses, stables and thermal baths.

INTERIORS

This house for rent in Tuscany has 320 square meters and can accommodate up to 8+2 people. It has been built with bricks produced by the very own property and reusing original materials. The special choice of colors and light make of the farmhouse a most spacious and welcoming place to stay. The villa is only one floor, but enjoys different levels.

The house for eight in Tuscany has been provided with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A spacious living room with a romantic fire place seduces you to enjoy a superb glass of Italian wine in the most delicious company. The villa offers a comfortable reading and film room, ideal for relaxation as well as a grand piano for the musically accomplished. It has four traditionally furnished double bedrooms, big enough for additional beds, if requested; 2 with twin beds and 2 with double beds and 2 bathrooms one with a tub and the other with a shower, both with toilets. There is also a small laundry.

This charming accommodation welcomes well behaved animals, so the good news is you can bring your beloved pet along with you! Upon request cooking lessons and Tuscan dinners can be held in the house.
