Detached house, near the coast, in a quiet area on the outskirts of BASTIA

Quiet and traditional sea view villa, 5 minutes walk to a pebble beach and shops of Bastia.

This is a perfect location to explore the Cap Corse - as you will be avoiding all traffic - and the Northern part of Corsica with its quieter beaches even in the high season.

The house is very spacious and can accommodate up to 2 families of 4.

You will be in a quiet residential area overlooking the sea. You will be 5 minutes away by foot to all kind of shops, a marina, the ferry port and small pebble beaches (one has a life guard and a shower in the high season). Add 5 to 10 more minutes to your walk and you'll be in the centre of Bastia on the Place Saint Nicolas. Jump into your car and you are 10 Minutes away to a long sandy beach (with floats in the high season).

The house is on two levels with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each level. It is spacious and the many glass doors make the house very light.

The view on the Mediterranean is stunning. You will be looking at the islands of Capraïa, Elba and Pianosa on a clear day and the boats that go off and arrive. The sun rises over the Mediterranean are not to be missed. Have an early breakfast on the ceramic bistro table on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise! Grab one of the sun loungers and lay in the sun or the shade and relax.

Maison très bien située. Proche des commerces et de la plage. Possibilité de se garer devant la maison ou à l'intérieur. Très belles vues de toutes les pièces de la maison à l'étage. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est sur place. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un lit matelas pour bébés ainsi que les jouets. Propriétaire très réactive.

Chouette maison avec vue sur la mer, dans un quartier calme et à 2 pas de la plage

Odile a été très facilitante pour l'arrivée et nous a confié beaucoup d'informations sur les coins à visiter. La maison est grande et agréable, équipée de volets permettant de bien contenir la chaleur extérieure et d'aérée quand vient le moment. La literie est de qualité. En moins de 5 minutes vous êtes à la plage de Toga qui est très belle, surveillée et équipée d'un douche ce qui est très appréciable.A 2 pas il y a un centre commerciale , et en 20/25 minutes a pied on se retrouve sur le port de Bastia. Bref,je recommande ce logement et son hote Odile.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt praktisch nicht mit dem Objekt selber überein. Es bräuchte Liebe und Pflege, ausserdem sollten die Bäder und die Küche renoviert werden. Auch könnte der Garten gepflegt werden, so dass man ihn nutzen könnte. Wer gerne extrem schwitzt und nicht vor Mücken geschützt ist: willkommen!

Es tut mir Leid, dass Sie nichts Gutes über das Haus schreiben konnten. Die Bilder wurden dieses Jahr genommen, und zeigen wie das Haus tatsächlich ist. Das Haus ist sicherlich kein modernes Haus, sondern es wird als ein grosses, ruhiges, Familienhaus beschrieben. Wir haben vor, das Bad unten dieses Jahr zu renovieren. Es wurde Ende Juli sehr heiss. Es tut mir Leid, dass Sie darunter gelitten haben.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en Corse ! Cette maison était vraiment très sympathique. L'hôte est au top, on a même pu rester une nuit de plus à cause de soucis avec notre ferry. L'hôtesse est vraiment très arrangeante, merci à vous 🙏 Rien à redire, c'était parfait !!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 8-köpfiger Familie. Das Haus ist schön groß, und hat einen schönen Meerblick, es war alles sauber. Der Besitzer kann gut deutsch und war sehr nett und großzügig ( Ankunftszeit und Abfahrzeit). Man kann zu Fuß gut ans Meer kommen und auchvEinkaufen war zu Fuß gut möglich. Die Straße zum Haus ist sehr steil, und die Eifahrt etwas verwinkelt. Es war aber trotzdem möglich selbst mit unseren 5,5m Bus dort rein zu fahren. Es gibt allerdings keine Klimaanlage. Es waren aber in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator verfügbar. Wir können das Haus sehr weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, Familie Fröhlich

Huset är stort med ett välutrustat kök och sköna sängar. Det ligger ganska högt, så man har en underbar utsikt mot havet. Det mesta (affärer, restauranger, caféer, turistbyrån, bussar, tåg) finns på gångavstånd. - Dock är det en ganska lång och brant backe upp till huset... :-) Odile är en fantastisk värd, som svarar snabbt om man har några frågor och, tillsammans med sin bror, genast ordnar om det skulle vara något problem. (Det enda problem vi hade var att lampan i toaletten trilskades.) Vi ( 6vuxna) hade en jättefin vistelse i Bastia och huset!

Superbe maison très agréable!!

une location de bon rapport qualité prix, il y a beaucoup d’espace et une vue magnifique des deux balcons. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir aller à pied à la plage de Toga en moins de 5minutes, regarder le superbe lever de soleil ou les nuits étoilées du balcon. Petit déjeuner en amoureux du balcon. Bon nettoyage et lits confortables. A renouveler sans hésitation pour une nouvelle découverte de la Corse l’année prochaine

Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus

Das Ferienhaus war mit der Beschreibung einfach zu finden und die Schlüsselübergabe war Dank eines Zahlenschloss-Kastens unkompliziert. Das geräumige Haus liegt am nördlichen Rand von Bastia am Hang oberhalb des Jachthafens von Toga (mit vielen Restaurants, die man fussläufig rasch erreichen kann). Im Erdgeschoss bieten 2 Schlafzimmer (mit je einem franz. Bett 160 cm breit) und ein grosser Wohnraum eine schöne Meersicht, und von den 2 Balkonen kann man die zahlreichen Fähren beobachten. Im Untergeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmern (2 Einzelbetten und 1 franz. Bett) ist der Meerblick teilweise durch Olivenbäume, Oleander, Zitrusbäume verdeckt. Die Räume sind hell und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Jedes Stockwerk hat ein eigenes Bad und WC; die Raumaufteilung ist daher sehr günstig für 2 Parteien. Vor dem Haus ist ein grosser Parkplatz (für 2 Autos) und ein schöner Sitzplatz, den wir zum Essen täglich genutzt haben. Ein kleiner Kieselstrand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Fussminuten erreichbar. Die Altstadt mit Zitadelle ist jedoch am südlichen Ende der Stadt und man läuft 30-40 Min. oder nimmt den Bus, der gegenüber dem Supermarkt hält. Die Stadt ist sehr lebendig und geschäftig, im Oktober finden aber viele touristischen Angebote nicht mehr statt (Schiffs-Ausflüge, Konzerte etc). Wir konnten Sept/Okt noch gut baden, aber attraktive Restaurants an den Stränden des Cap Corse waren ab Ende Sept bereits geschlossen. Die Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler funktionieren gut. Der TV hat franz. Sender. WLAN haben wir in den Bars empfangen. Für uns als älteres Paar war das Haus sehr grosszügig, für 2 Parteien jedoch ideal. RK und RH aus der Schweiz

Tres bon sejour

La villa a une situation géographiquement ideale pour rejoindre le centre de Bastia à pieds, proche des commerces, dans un beau quartier et à 5 minutes d'une petite plage de galets. En revanche la deco n'est pas tres moderne et il manque la clim. La proprietaire est tres arrangeante et reactive. Je regrette de ne pas l'avoir rencontrée.
