New apartment, near the ski resorts, due south, beautiful view of Risoul.

Located at the entrance of the Queyras and the access road to the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul (14 and 12 km) This new apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

On the first floor of a very recent residence, it is 5 minutes walk from the city center and all shops. Access to stations is possible with a free shuttle bus stop is 100m from the residence.

For a pleasant and comfortable stay, spacious and bright T4 80m² has a kitchen very well equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine ...) living room bright with a large screen TV, WiFi, bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The apartment is south facing with a terrace overlooking the mountain Risoul.
2 parking spaces, one outside the other in the basement are available.

The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

No smoking, pets are not allowed.

Guillestre is centrally located for many outdoor sports activities, skiing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, white water sports, paragliding, gliding in exceptional sites such as regional parks Ecrins, Queyras and nearby legendary roads of the Alps.

Schöner Motorradurlaub

Wir hatten uns diese schöne Ferienwohnung als "Basislager" für unseren Motorradurlaub ausgesucht, um diverse Tagestouren in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen. Guillestre liegt wunderbar zentral. Von hier aus kann man alle großen, bekannten Alpenpässe gut erreichen. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und hatten reichlich Platz. Die Wohnung und gerade auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Besonders vorteilhaft fanden wir auch die beiden reservierten Parkplätze, einer draußen vor der Wohnung für unseren VW-Bus und dann noch ein Platz in der Tiefgarage für unser Motorrad. Perfekt. Wir würden bei Bedarf noch mal wiederkommen.

Logement parfait

Nous avons été accueilli par Adeline en charge des clés et petits soins pour les explications et sa disponibilité. Le logement est très spacieux et conforme à l'annonce. Tous les appareils sont fonctionnels avec la mise à disposition des produits. Idéalement placé en sortant pour attaquer le col de Risoul ou bien balader dans le Queyras ou en direction de Briancon. Le logement est très calme dans une petite résidence.. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances entre ski et bains chaud à Monetier les Bains à découvrir ... Le propriétaire de l'appartement est disponible aussi par téléphone et très sympathique..

Het appartement is heel mooi, ruim en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Winkels in de buurt en met de bus is het skigebied makkelijk te bereiken. We werden door Adeline goed ontvangen en rondgeleid door het appartement. Kort om niets aan te merken op het appartement.

Comfortabel appartement in prachtig berggebied

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Guillestre. Het appartement is mooi, ruim, schoon en heel compleet ingericht. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Adeline. Dat de weg voor het huis redelijk druk is wisten we uit de reviews en heeft ons niet gehinderd. Het balkon was wel iets te krap om met z'n zessen te eten, maar aan keukentafel voor de openslaande deuren was ook heel gezellig. De omgeving is prachtig en zeer geschikt voor een actieve vakantie. Je kunt prachtige wandeltochten maken (heel handig dat er een kaart lag in het appartement), evenals mountainbiken, kanoën en zwemmen. Guillestre is een levendig en sfeervol plaatsje met veel leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes.

Bel appartement spacieux, bien agencé et équipé. Bien placé pour le village et les navettes.

Nous sommes venus avec nos ados et deux de leurs amis. Tous ont apprécié l'espace et le confort de l'appartement, on a utilisé les navettes pour monter et descendre de Vars et avons été séduits par le beau village de Guillestre où nous avons fait nos courses et dîné au restaurant. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Louison.

En tous points conformes à nos attentes

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement lumineux, très bien agencé, très propre et à l'équipement très complet. La résidence est très calme et bien située à dix minutes à pied de la gare routière (navettes vers les stations) et des commerces. Le propriétaire est très attentif, arrivée et départ ont été gérés au mieux pour nous. Nous n'avons que des compliments à formuler concernant cet hébergement, dont nous avons apprécié l'espace et le confort après nos journées sur les pistes de ski.

Semaine parfaite

Cet appartement est très agréable à tous points de vue : propreté irréprochable, vaste, lumineux, bien agencé et équipé. Le centre du village est tout proche. L'accueil est sympathique ainsi que les prises de contact avec le propriétaire. Quant à la région, ce secteur des Alpes comme tant d'autres, est magnifique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et rapporté de beaux souvenirs.

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description. Nous avons trouvé un appartement très propre et en très bon état. Il est bien équipé et surtout très bien situé près du centre de Guillestre (10 mn à pieds) et tout près d'un arrêt de navette vers les stations (200 m) . Il y a de l'espace et du rangement. Cela nous a permis un bon séjour en famille.

L'appartement d'Éric est parfait. Grand, propre et très bien équipé. Avec 2 places de parking. Dont une en sous-sol. Rien à voir avec les studios de location dans les stations de ski ! De plus la navette pour Risoul est à 200 m. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous y retournerons !
