Peaceful mountain stay

My family enjoyed this log cabin get away that is equipped with modern conveniences, such as comfy beds, a hot tub and pool table. We had the opportunity to partake in many autumn adventures in the Greta Smoky National Park! We loved the hikes and the fall color drives!

Amazing Cabin!

This cabin could not have been more perfect for our short getaway. It was bigger than expected and so secluded! The view is breath taking. We could not have been more pleased! Will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful cabin views

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved playing pool with the family. We also enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Never used the hot tub, but it was always ready for use.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. This cabin was one of the first that caught my eye. After looking several months I ended up coming back to this one and am thankful I did. We had several bear sightings which we were excited about. It was close to everything...clean and all of us enjoyed our stay. We are talking about coming next year here and staying longer! The game room was a hit for the whole family as well!

Parking was an issue

Driveway was used for both firepit and grilling which limited the parking space when it was already at a real high level... house was great otherwise

Bearadise is very nice

Beautiful mountain property. Minor inconveniences did not take away from spectacular views. (Property manager needs to do a more thorough check of property - i.e. broken hot water faucet on jacuzzi hot tub, broken coffee maker, broken toaster, replace batteries in all TV remotes). Pigeon Forge was very crowded which is no fault of VRBO but prior reservations on selected activities is a must! All in all, great vacation despite being snowed in for three days - which was fun, too.

Making memories in Bearadise

Overall our stay was good. When we got there the dishes had been put away wet and dirty so we washed everything we used before using it. And if you plan on cooking meals in the cabin bring your own pots and pans because all of then ones provided are damaged (wrapped and won’t sit on the flattop to heat right and all the nonstick is destroyed and comes off in your food) Not the property owners fault but there was tons of construction going on near by so there was no peaceful quiet sitting on the deck enjoying your coffee kind of experiences. The cabin was spacious and laid out nicely. Our family of 8 had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. Loved the little fire pit area and used it to make mountain pies and s’mores.

Nice, but could be cleaner and more honest about parking

The cabin was nice, but we found a half eaten hamburger under the bed on the main floor. The bathroom walls next to toilet and light switches were dirty. There is no room to turn your van around so you have to back blindly back down the drive to the road and proceed uphill to find a cabin where you can pull in and turn around to go down the mountain. The carpets and rugs should be eliminated for better cleanliness. The hot tub was not level and water drained over the side. We still had a nice time but I don't know how it got such high ratings on cleanliness.

Great family space

Plenty of space for a family in a quiet location. Note if you sleep downstairs you will hear everything up above you. Kitchen needs some new skillets (teflon pans are peeling & unsafe and copper skillets stick badly) and can opener does not work. We had a family of 9 and 1 roll of toilet paper (not new) in each bathroom and 2 trash bags for 7 days is not what I would call a reasonable starter kit. I have never stayed in a rental where I have had to supply these types of things. Profit is definitely the bottom line for this management company.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was just ok. The door code did not come by text as stated. It came by email. Which was ok but when we arrived we did not have internet service. We had to drive back down the mountain to check for email. If we had been provided the Wi-Fi password before hand that would have been better. The view from the cabin was nothing like the pictures indicated they would be. The trees surrounding the cabins must had grown substantially since they were taken. Aside all that we had a very good stay. The proximity to GSMNP and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was great. TYKenneth Umhoefer

Lovely house

The house was beautiful mountain house & had everything. Me & my family had the best time. My only problem was the bottom area (basement) had an odor of wet dogs. I know it is a pet friendly house but they may need to invest in some air wick plug in. The kitchen could have been sweep better (found food from previous stays), the broom was even left out but no dustpan.

We had 3 couples and 3 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone! The cabin was stocked well and we loved the upper and lower decks with rocking chairs. The pool table was a ton of fun in the evening. My husband really enjoyed the retro arcade game. Onto the bad - Hot tub worked one time. Big bummer. We really hoped to use this more. Parking was tricky.
