Once we were made aware of the issue, we scheduled the internet provider to address it as soon as possible. We understand how frustrating it must have been to go without internet and television for such a large portion of your stay. We are also sorry to hear your concerns regarding the floors. Unfortunately, no cleaning concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, so we were not given the opportunity to send our housekeeping team back to address them. Had we known, we would have gladly worked to resolve the issue for you. We appreciate your feedback regarding the outdoor space for pets and the seating accommodations as well.
