Older brick home with recent remodel. Central location, close to everything. 4 bedrooms. Bonus rooms on 2nd story and in basement. 3800 sq foot. large modern kitchen. Large private / fenced backyard. 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full bed in 4 bedrooms. 4 full baths: 1 in basement, 2 on main floor, and 1 attached to master on 2nd floor. Washer/dryer/laundry room. High speed wi-fi. inflatable mattresses are available as needed to sleep additional persons in bonus rooms.
Outdoor living and patio furniture in back yard. Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles. No garage access. There is a separate 1 bedroom basement apartment under part of the house occupied part time by a quiet couple. Modern/soundproof design. The apartment has a separate entrance from the house, no access back and forth.
