About this property

Beautiful guest house. Gorgeous remodel-Open floor plan kitchen/living area. New gas range with convection oven and stainless steel side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, pots and pans, utensils and condiments. The live edge cedar slab eating bar seats four and is set with enamelware plates and bowls from Poland. Large sofa and chair with 54" Roku TV. Wood slab work desk with Wifi. In the large bathroom enjoy the secluded stunning views of our lush Ozark rolling hills while relaxing in the jetted jacuzzi, then a cool rinse in the separate shower. Meander through the scenic 3 mile drive to Table Rock Lake or the beautiful winding 11 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs and it's only 15 minutes to Lake Leatherwood park.

Northwest Arkansas has plenty of the greatest outdoor activities America has to offer- mountain biking, SUP, Kayaking, hiking all literally within minutes.Scenic 3 miles to Table Rock Lake. 11 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. 15 minutes to Lake Leatherwood park.

Great Escape

Talk about a real getaway. No TV..you heard me. A peaceful weekend with no bad news from the media. Surrounded by trees and the mountains. It was a wonderful place to be to get away. Thank you!

What I loved the most is my husband and I wanted a secluded getaway with little distractions and this was the perfect place! It is definitely away from city life but not too far away that you would lack anything! We met Curtis and he was extremely kind and down to earth (and I loved the animals as well!!!). We loved the old record player and that there was no tv so no distractions for us - we actually talked a lot and listened to music and was just present in the moment. Next time we need a getaway from the busy-ness of life, we will definitely be looking back here!!!

Nice Ozark Getaway.

Curtis and Eugenie were awesome hosts. The location was nice and secluded and the attached guest house was clean, quiet, and cozy! We loved the record player, our favorite records were Billie Holiday and Otis Redding. We definitely recommend this property for small families or couples who want to enjoy a few quiet nights in the Ozarks!

Loved it!

It was a wonderful space and my boyfriend and I enjoyed the space and loved using the kitchen! They even had candles in the drawer for a relaxing candle lit soak in the jet tub. Love the cute little art pieces through the house and absolutely loved the record player!

We are a family of-Designer, Artists, Chef/Restauranteur, Contractor, Seamstress, two loving wild little cubs growing in the forest, streams and lakes.

Why they chose this property

Our property is slightly remote without being isolated at all. There is literally no light pollution so the night sky is full of amazing, bright stars. We have only been here for a short time and have already seen wild turkeys, road runners, hawks, deer, turtle (coming up to our front door) and so many birds; our favorite are the hummingbirds.

Beautiful house at an exceptional value in a stunning area with lakes, rivers, mountain bike trails, hiking trails and so much more literally within minutes from our home.
