Ideal for two families, near lake and village. Weekend, mid-week.

Located in a dead end. House of recent construction, well appointed, on the edge of the bike path. Access on foot to the lake beach (600 m), port, restaurant, village. No crossing of the city center (traffic jams) for access to the ocean. Pets welcome (30 € package payable locally). Grocery bakery at 20 m, Tennis, Western horse riding at 200 m
Garden: large terrace of 28 m2 with barbecue, garden furniture 12 places
Living area: Kitchen open to living room very well equipped: fridges, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV (satellite)
Night area: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds, Bathroom with bath and bidet.
Garage with extra fridge, freezer, washing machine.
Mandatory cleaning fee of € 60 payable locally to guarantee you an impeccable rental.
Payment: 25% reservation by credit card via the site. Balance in installments payable by credit card, check, transfer or cash.

Traveling Americans

We are from USA ( two 72 year olds and two 40 year olds) and were in France for the Medoc marathon. Hourtin was so pleasant after the crowds of Paris and Bordeaux. The house was perfect. A very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to prepare your own meals. And since we were traveling it was especially nice to have a washing machine. Anne was very patient with my many questions and language issues. Very nice.

Super emplacement

Super accueil et maison bien placée et complète, dommage que le ménage ne soit pas top surtout la cuisine grasse et cafetière pleine et d’autres bricoles qui gâchent le charme. Nous sommes peut-être maniaque mais pensez aussi à changer le rideau de douche il est en fin de vie, faire payer le ménage alors qu’il n’est fait que partiellement c’est surprenant. Merci pour l’accueil et le prix très raisonnable de la location.

La description est conforme à la réalité. Une maison très bien équipée et très propre. Certes la déco est un peu datée mais la maison est très pratique (une partie nuit séparée de la partie séjour) et agréable avec ses 2 jardins . Les démarches avec la propriétaire sont claires et l'accueil sur place excellent. Petit plus pour nous: la maison est près du départ du triathlon et à 30m du parcours vélo et course à pied. Bref, impression très positive.

Un lieu de villégiature sympathique, spacieux pour 8 et bien équipé. Bordeaux, la Gironde, l'Atlantique, Arcachon, le Médoc, tout à moins d'une heure. et Hourtin ville, Hourtin Port, la forêt, les immenses plages sur le Lac ou sur l'océan, tout est proche.

Location bien située entre le Village et le Port

Bon séjour dans un cadre sympa. Nous avons retrouvé Hourtin 40 ans après. Le dévellopement urbain est encore à l'échelle "humaine" et discret. Merci de proposer votre maison très fonctionnelle .Très bon rapport qualité prix.Accueil et "au revoir" sympa .

location super sympas spacieuse et tres bien entretenue. la personne qui a les cles tres gentille je recommande cette location et l ete beaucoup de chose a faire . merci encore a la proprietaire et a la dame qui entretien cette maison
