The full bath is upstairs between the two bedrooms. The condo was completed renovated in 2018: New floors, new bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, new hot water heater, paint and carpet. Walkable to restaurants, gas stations and pontoon rental. Short Uber/lyft ride to downtown Hendersonville and Nashville. Quiet, charming and safe complex with ample parking and access to a pool! Due to Hendersonville's short-term rental laws, I can only rent out the space for 28 or more days at once.
It's a great place for corporate stays or mere lake enthusiasts. Restaurants/bars, a gas station and pontoon rentals are within walking distance. If the lake isn't your thing, there is a pool in the condo complex.
