OFFERED REFUND THEN NEVER ANSWERED PHONE

One the night we checked in, the property had one small air conditioner in the family room that did not reach the bedroom. It was 85 degrees in the bedroom at midnight. I texted the owner and he said he would refund our money for the remaining 3 nights. We left because it was too hot to sleep there. The next day he refused to answer our texts or respond to any of our messages on VRBO. Unfortunately we were unable to get a refund even though he promised us one. DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner does not keep his word.

The quest was aware at booking there was one AC in living area that cooled the small cottage which was never a problem by any of my previous guests.. The guest was aware I had a no refund policy as does most VRBO host do. If was 4th of July week and I told guest I would make acceptance and partially refund them Only if I can rent it to someone else.. Unfortunately I was Unable to rent to someone else as this Guest just decided At midnight to leave on 4th of July! Don’t rent to this guest as they are irrational and unreasonable!!!
