Logement à louer en été car inchauffable

Gîte inchauffable a mi-saison avec des radiateurs électriques qui ne chauffent pas au vu de la grandeur de l’espace. Nous avons passé une semaine avec 15 degré! Le propriétaire est très désagréable et autoritaire. Il impose des limites de consommations et veut faire payer en plus ce que nous avons consommé alors que nous ne pouvons pas nous chauffer convenablement. Il ne nous a précisé cela qu’une fois que nous sommes arrivés et ne se mets aucunement à la place de ses hôtes. Le logement est beau mais il fait donc très froid! Le propriétaire est malhonnête en plus.

Bonjour Monsieur, Il est tout à fait regrettable que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour alors que nous faisons tout notre possible afin que nos hôtes passent d'agréables vacances, ce qui jusqu'à présent fût le cas. Cependant, nous sommes choqués par vos propos concernant notre honnêteté et les problèmes de chauffage. Nous sommes très à l'écoute de nos hôtes qui peuvent nous joindre à tout moment et avec qui nous entretenons des relations cordiales. Au moment de la réservation, nous vous avions informé par téléphone et par mail (8 février sur le site d'Abritel) du fait que l'utilisation du chauffage entrainerait un supplément et vous étiez tout à fait d'accord. Nous avons installé de nouveaux radiateurs performants le mois dernier. Il vous suffisait de les allumer. Vous avez fait le choix de ne pas chauffer la maison pour quelques euros supplémentaires, vos critiques ne sont donc pas acceptables. Cordialement

Magnifique !

Hôtes très accueillants et sympathique, très belle maison fin XIXe en pierre, poutres apparentes et même torchis. La vue depuis la terrasse vers l'ouest et ses couchers de soleil vaut le coup d'œil. La location est au calme et toute proche de la Dordogne et du causse du Quercy (Rocamadour, gouffre de Padirac...). La région regorge de beaux villages et de chateaux à visiter.

Un gîte agréable avec un superbe environnement immédiat. Le descriptif de l’hôte est cohérent car on dispose bien d’un bel espace, d’une belle terrasse avec une superbe vue et d’un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région. Idéal pour allier calme, nature et proximité avec les sites touristiques.
