Are you ready to put your toes in the sand? Surf's Edge condo is Ready & Waiting for you! Surf's Edge is an Oceanfront condo, located on the Top Floor of Perdido Skye in beautiful Perdido Key, Florida. This 7th floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath  corner condo offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests with maximum of 4 adults.

Surf's Edge is both a corner condo and top floor condo. This means more privacy for you and more views! There isn't a condo above you and there isn't a condo to your right side! Plus, corner units like Surf's Edge have more windows than other units in the building - that means more natural light and more beach views!

The condo easily sleeps 6 guests with 1 King-size bed in the master bedroom, children's size bunk bed in the hallway, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. A pocket door in the hall provides privacy to the living room.

The bunks beds are shorter than the standard size bunk bed, so they are best suited for children of 5 ft tall or less and max weight of 125 lbs. Children under 10 years of age should not sleep in top bunk.

The condo also features: private oceanfront balcony, living room, nicely equipped kitchen, dining space for 6, 1 full bathroom with tub-shower combination, 2 flat screen TVs with cable channels, Wireless internet, and stacking washer and dryer inside the condo!

The complex amenities include:

~ Seasonally heated swimming pool on the gulf side of the building (not in the parking lot like other condo complexes),

~ Charcoal BBQ grills,

~ Fitness room.

Parking-

There is parking for 1 vehicle per unit. Parking trailers, RVs, boats and jet skis are not allowed since there simply is not enough room in the parking lot. To store these larger items, please arrange for storage at a local storage lot in the area before you arrive to ensure availability.

During your stay you will love the fabulous views from the oceanfront balcony, the convenient location of the condo, the seasonally heated pool (typically heated Oct - Feb), the fitness room, the well equipped kitchen, and the great value for your vacation dollars! You can sleep up to 6 guests in this condo, do laundry in the unit and prepare fabulous meals in the well equipped kitchen.

Don't forget to bring:

While Sea & Sky Rentals provides you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags which are intended to get you through your first evening at the home, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish washing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, groceries, aluminum foil, and anything else you may need to make your vacation complete!

Snowbird rates are available each Winter for the months of November, December, January and February. This condo is a great option for a couple or a family of up to 6.
