New air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms for 8 people (+ 1 baby) located in the Marine de Sant Ambroggio and 700 M from the beach.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 with a large 160 cm bed and a flat screen (French TNT and Apple TV), adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower, large basin + WC), 1 bedroom with 1 large 140 cm bed overlooking the pool and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. A 140 cm sofa bed is available in the living room. A cot and an extra futon style mattress are available on request. These 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom (walk-in shower + basin) + 1 separate WC.
The living space consists of a living room with modern decoration (WIFI, French TNT flat screen, Apple TV) and a fully equipped American kitchen where you will enjoy cooking (Oven + microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine).
The terrace consists of a dining area equipped with a table for 8-10 people and a Weber gas barbecue. You will also find a relaxation area around the swimming pool (3.5x7.2).
