Three Kings is ideally situated across from Park City Mountain Resort for all your seasonal activities. Steps to lifts, hiking, biking and golf right out our back door!

Our mountain retreat is steps away from the PCMR lifts with a community pool and hot tub right next to our property. Walk or take the free shuttle to all mountain resorts, Main Street for shopping, dining and other festivities!

This cozy mountain retreat is newly remodeled with a beautiful gourmet kitchen, upscale appliances, furnishings, Smart HDTVs (54' and 32'), Wi-Fi throughout and your own private washer/dryer. Bathrooms recently remodeled and include a walk in shower in Master bathroom and deep soaking tub in downstairs in full guest bathroom.

This property includes everything to make the ideal vacation.

The open two-story floor plan makes the most of this classic Park City ski property. Park City memorabilia is throughout- from Park City's early mining days to the renowned world-class ski resort of today. This condo is spacious, inviting and has an open-concept design.

This Three Kings 1 bedroom loft, 2 bath condo sleeps four (4). Main floor has a queen-size convertible sleep number sofa and a full-size bathroom (vanity, toilet, shower and tub).

Upstairs is a beautiful loft bedroom with a new king-size bed (memory-foam/gel-top mattress), 32' HDTV, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet and a private full-size bathroom (vanity, toilet, walk in shower) with plenty of natural light.

The newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and leaded-glass cabinets. All stainless appliances, water filtration for drinking/cooking and refrigerator ice/water dispenser. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Coffee & Keurig 'K-Kup' coffee maker, blender, toaster and other small appliances. Stocked with gourmet pots & pans, flatware, cooking utensils and has a large granite breakfast bar (seating for four).

Living room is cozy and inviting. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. An ideal gathering place to visit, play games, watch TV or your favorite movie on the 54' HDTV(includes On-Demand, Netflix, Hulu, etc.). The 'Smart' HDTV and 'Smart' Sound-bar enhance your movies and favorite music ('Smart' devices connect via blue-tooth or auxiliary jack to any mobile device). Shearling swivel chair, sofa & ottoman and fireplace (gas).

The dining area seats four comfortably and looks out onto the back deck and golf course. The outdoor patio/deck has a gas BBQ grill, table/chairs for four (Spring, Summer & Fall). Step off the deck and onto the 16th fairway of the Park City Golf course (Spring, Summer & Fall) or onto the Park City cross-country ski course (Winter).

The Three Kings Clubhouse is located next door (steps from the front-door or back-door of the condo.) It has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub with mountain views (sauna is inside the club house). The club-house is available for entertaining large groups with a stone fireplace, a large dining room table, ping pong, foosball and plenty of young seating.

The Park City transit system, with service to all the area ski resorts, stops just across the street for convenient free transportation to anywhere in Park City (Main Street, Sundance Film Festival, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley & Canyons).

A car is not necessary, but if you have a car, you will appreciate the convenience of the underground parking and being out of the snow. There is one underground designated parking space. If you have more than one car there is alternative parking. Easy access to Park City Mountain's lower ticket booth. Deer Valley Resort is 2 miles, The Canyons 3 miles, and Historic Main Street is just 1 1/2 miles away.

Exceptional accommodations

Fantastic condo unit! Exceptionally clean with all the amenities. Within walking distance to Park City ski lifts (yes, even with ski boots on). Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

This is our go to place to stay in PC. You couldn’t ask for a better location for walking to the base of the mountain. If you want to get to Main Street the free bus is right up the street. The condo is wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances and cookware. The bed and linens are all top quality. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Communication is great. Clearly we are a fan of the condo and the owner because we keep coming back year after year.

Clean, beautifully decorated condo

Right on the bus route and easy to find, this condo has lovely, tasteful decor and is just perfect for Park City skiing. The owner is very gracious and made us feel very welcome.

FABULOUS!!!!!!

We could not recommend Yale and Chancey's condo more. Everything about the experience was fabulous, from the initial booking, asking some questions before we arrived (and getting quick and helpful responses), to the condo itself. The condo is great -- super cozy, well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, awesome bathrooms, etc. etc. We rented a car, and there is underground parking -- we totally recommend. Even without a car, you're set -- there is free bus with stop right across street, and it is a quick 5-minute walk to the base/lifts. It's also a short walk into Main Street (or you can take the free bus). We loved our stay, and we are definitely planning to come back to Chancey and Yale's condo again. Do not hesitate to book with them -- this is a fabulous condo with responsive owners. You will have a great vacation in Park City.

Wonderful condo & location

The property is very nice, well-maintained, clean, and the kitchen has everything you may need, including pots, pans, wine glasses, salt & pepper, other spices, etc. The location is also great. It is a 5-minute walk to the Park City resort base. Also an easy walk to the grocery market. From the street or around the corner, there are many bus routes available (all FREE). This is our second year staying there, and we plan on coming back.
