Just a 5 minute walk to the Ski Hill, and on your way back Ski right down to our Driveway.
Condo Details: Newly remodeled and extremely well-appointed, our 2 BR/2BA, 1 KING Bed and 1 Queen, includes everything you need, plus fun extras to help you settle even deeper into vacation mode. Our Mountain Top Condo is just Steps to the Ski Hill, “Ski to the Driveway at the end of the day! You cant beat beat our location. We are located in an 8-unit complex which features a shared hot tub thats surrounded by pine trees. Look forward to new luxury linens, fluffy robes and fluffy towels in every room, plus a fully-equipped kitchen that will satisfy even the most discerning home chef.
Lovely quiet area backed up to Park City Mountain Resort, parking available and also very walkable to Main Street, Old Town Park City. Hiking & Biking right out the door.
Monthly rentals available with a fee for a mid clean, so condo is spotlessly cleaned.

We are long time locals who live in town & enjoy making our condo's extra special for our guests. We're happy to help you in any way possible. We are always trying to add lots of extra's into our condo's. We travel all over the world & stay in other vrbo's & Boutique Hotels and get a lot of great idea's to make it feel like your really on vacation.

We are only a 5 min walk to ski hill where you click on you ski's & ski to the Town Lift, you can also purchase your lift ticket there and rent ski equipment. All 5 minutes away. Or in the Summer, hike or bike right out our door onto the many trails which go all over town. Enjoy your day on the Mountain & Ski over to the Canyons form PC Resort with lots of terrain to ski !!! At the end of the day ski down Quit N' Time, Kings Crown or Creole Glutch right down to our the driveway.

We have a nice outdoor deck with patio furniture, BBQ & Mountain Views for relaxing, Snowshoes available on request for your enjoyment, trails right outside our door. If you need a guide sometimes were available to take you, just let us know ahead...

Great ski vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, cozy and comfortable! It was a short walk to the trail to access Town lift. We also appreciated the short walk to town for shopping and restaurants!

Perfect Park City

Leslie is an amazing hostess and this lovely condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Located close enough to the Town Ski Lift and Main Street to walk just about anywhere, the condo is cozy, yet spacious, very clean and extremely well-equipped for any type of visit. Great location and the host is great to work with (personable and fast responding). Unlike other rentals, they stock SOAP! And bath products which is great for traveling. The kitchen is also stocked, and the decor is cozy.

Charming and Clean

We had such a great time staying in this charming condo. It had lots of little extras, and was conveniently located for walking to Main Street for dining and shopping. The CLIMB back up the hill after dinner could be a challenge but kept us in good shape!

Perfect Park City Condo

I visited this property on a birthday trip to Park City and it was absolutely perfect! Communication with the owners was great as they were very responsive. The location is close to Main Street and had all of the amenities one could ask for. I'll definitely book this property again in the future. We had a great time!

This unit is perfect for two couples. It was very clean with everything we needed. Super convenient to walk to Old Town and Town Lift. It is a bit of a hike up from Old Town but you can always get an Uber if needed.

Wonderful hillside getaway

The property was cozy and comfortable, very convenient to downtown. Almost ski-out (short walk) but a true ski-in if you can find the trail! The hot tub was amazing. Leslie was communicative and let us check in early and very understanding when we used the TV with a Roku. Highly recommended for your Park City stay!

All you could wish for--

The condo was the perfect base for spending a long weekend exploring the gorgeous Wasatch mountains! It was heavenly to be able to walk downtown for early morning lattes or evening festivities - and spend the days up in the peaks. The condo is outfitted with everything you could need - including use of the hot tub. Couldn't recommend this spot more highly!

Nice Park City Getaway

This was a very nice property. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciated having things in the pantry like salt, pepper, oil and even coffee! It had all we needed for cooking and even a gas grill on the patio. It was a nice walk down onto the main street and hiking trails right behind the property. Leslie was friendly and easy to work with.

Slopeside Fun

This condo was just as described: Clean, well-equipped, and quiet. The location allowed easy access to the Town Lift (a 2 minute walk) and all the restaurants and shops of Main St. It was a great home base for exploring Park City. The condo is uphill a couple of blocks from Main St, but for active travelers, it is a super convenient spot. Leslie was very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

We live in Park City, 10 minutes from our condo's for the past 30 years. This is a secret spot, we love it here & use to live there ourselves but needed a bigger home for our 2 pups, Bentley & Cooper.
With my husbands job we tend to travel all over the world & love to stay in VRBO's & boutique hotel. We get a lot of great ideas & try to bring them to our condo's to share the same experience.

Why they chose this property

We love this area of Old Town, because its not as crowded as some areas of Old Town, were nestled up against the ski hill, so we have no neighbors behind us. just a few wildlife walking past the condo's, great for sitting on the deck relaxing watching moose or deer stroll by. We are about a 5 minute walk down to the Main Street of Historic Old Town, so we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot & love getting the fresh air on our walk back and forth.

Within Steps to everything, but still quiet & lovely views of the mountains. Only 7 other units & 2 are year round single renters. Cozy Fireplace, Shared Hot-Tub, 2 parking spots, Patio, BBQ. Newly remodeled, 3 New Flat Screens, Fully Equipped Kitchen. New King Bed & New Queen Bed, Fluffy Robes & Towels, Toiletries. High Speed Internet.
