NEW IS A FABULOUS NEW STATE OF THE ART OUTDOOR HEATED POOL AND 2 NEW OUTDOOR HOTUBS. ALSO NEW ARE SEVERAL PROPANE FIRE PLACES AND SEATING AREAS. Hot tub open all year around. Housekeeping is performing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting following CDC guidelines. Guest safety is our primary concern. I am a Local Owner and Manager and am thrilled to be at your service. Take the Free Shuttle bus from my condo to Deer Valley or The Canyon Concerts or head out Mountain Biking straight from our patio.

It was a great place to stay. Super convenient, it was at a good spot close to everything. It was super clean and nice. We loved staying here. Definitely recommend.
This is our fifth time staying here, and it is always a treat. The unit is well maintained and nicely decorated, and the owner is a delight to work with. The location could not possibly be better, a block away from the town ski lift. And, super-bonus this year: they've redone the pool and hot tub area and added outdoor grills. A wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes.
This condo was amazing walking distance to everything on historic Main Street. The renovations of the new hot tubs and pool turned out great. Everything was so comfortable in the condo beds everything.

Overall, we had a good stay and appreciate the opportunity to visit. The condo was clean and has a lot of potential for a comfortable “home away from home.”There were a few areas where clearer communication would make the experience even better for future guests. Finding the condo initially was a bit challenging, as the entrance off the busy highway isn’t clearly marked—we did have to circle the block a few times. Accessing amenities like the year-round pool and jacuzzi was also a bit confusing, and we experienced about a 3.5-hour delay in getting a response for access, which limited our time to enjoy those facilities.A few listing details could also be clarified to better set expectations. The washer and dryer are located on the top floor rather than in the unit, and some photos/descriptions (such as the pool area, kitchen items like spices and a crock pot, and the outdoor seating space) didn’t fully match what we encountered.Check-out instructions regarding the FOB and parking pass were very detailed and emphasized potential charges, which felt a bit stressful at the end of the stay. A slightly more welcoming tone could make the departure process feel more relaxed.Overall, with a few small updates to communication and listing details, this could be an even more seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the host for the opportunity—we appreciate it.

Thank you for your visit. Looks like you were trying to enter the complex from the wrong street. Your maps made an error. My condo is accessed off of Park Avenue, which is clearly in my arrival instructions. The nearest freeway from my condo is many miles away. Why would you not call me for help being you were lost?? The brand new state of the art pool complex was just opened for the season the day you arrived. I reached out to you to see if you wanted access to the pool and I had the pool fob delivered to you in a half hour. Why would you say otherwise in a review. I was the one make sure you were well taken care of. The crock pot is in the corner cabinet in the kitchen, why again did you not reach out to me for help locating? And, it looks like my spice rack was stolen. Thank you for letting me know about the theft, in a review, lol. Housekeeping unfortunately, doesn't catch all of the things that have been stolen from my condo. Who knows, maybe you are the guest who took it home. Its totally possible, as someone did. My last guest lost the pool fob and denied going to the pool. So now, guests will have to send me a picture of the passes upon arrival as well as departure. Things are required for a reason. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. Please take care.

We had a very enjoyable experience. Very clean, convenient to all Park City had to offer. Easy check in and out. Owner was very communicative and one of the best vrbo places we have stayed. Definitely would book here again!
It was prefect for us. We were able to easily walk to the town lift to start skiing at Park City. All of our travel was either walking or a short bus ride. The condo was very comfortable. Park Station is a large condo with multiple ground floor doors in and out to make travel convenient. They have two large outdoor hottubs next to a gas firepit and a very well heated outdoor pool. This outdoor area is all new and very nice. There is a 6 person dining table, leather couch, chair and loveseat. There are two bathrooms and showers. The kitchen is spacious with a good selection of pots and utensils for cooking. The coffee pot was great to have every morning to get our day started.
Excellent property within walking distance to everything in Park City. Very clean and comfortable. Has all the basic kitchen necessities you will need. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would do so again.
We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants on Main street.

Clean, convenient location, amenities of home.Good place for about 4 people - kitchen filled with items to make yourself at home. Has a cabin-y feel. Very comfortable. Easy check-in process. Walkable to downtown. Thank you that luggage racks were provided.
Our stay was fantastic! Wish we could have stayed longer. The location of this property is perfect, just a block to Main Street and all the great options Main Street has to offer with food and shopping. Great vibes! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was just what we needed. Nice and cozy. Also, fully stocked kitchen. The host was easily accessible and was quick to answer any questions we had when trying to find parking, etc. Great place! I would definitely go back again.

Thank you for enjoying our beautifully updated, extremely clean and well appointed condo at the Prime Location by the Town Ski Lift and at the Beginning of Historic Main Street. Our Large Heated Pool and Hot Tubs are Saline Filtered, which mean NO Chlorine and spectacularly inviting after a day of Skiing or Playing in Park City. Being a Local Owner, not only am I Very Available and At Your Service, I Personally Deep Clean the Condo Bi-Annually because, no one cares more about My Condo than me, and I am quite sure, I have the cleanest condo in all of Park City. Of course, the Condo is Thoroughly Cleaned Between Guests Visits as Well. My Condo is Super Quiet, the Beds and Furniture are Very Comfortable and it is an Easy Stroll from my Condo to Many World Class Restaurants located in the Historic Old Town Area. If you are Picky about Your Accommodations, look no further as You will be Extremely Happy with the Quality and Cleanliness of my Condo and it's Prime Location. I, Karen Porter, moved out to Utah in 1982 to go to college where I could ski and honestly, I skied lots and lots. Wow, thought I had died I and gone to heaven. Coming from Montauk Point Long Island, I grew up on the water but always had a wonderlust for the mountains of the west. When I made it to Utah and experienced the best skiing of my life, I knew I had found home.
My husband Fred grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Utah in 1997. Utah had a unique appeal to him since he could live in a city, continue his aerospace career and still ski and mountain bike ride before or after a day at the office.
I tease him that he came to Utah to find me! Fred and I met on a private ski hut trip in the Selkirk Mountain Range of Canada. From the minute I saw him I knew my life was about to change. Fred and I have been married almost ten years and we have an adorable son. I guess the rest it yet to come.
Why they chose this property
Having a vacation condo in Park City has been a great addition to our family because we get to use it frequently with Park City only 20 minutes from our home. It is a fabulous summer retreat for Mountain Biking, Swimming at the beautiful tree lined pool and getting away from the hustle and heat of SLC. In the winter we enjoy having guests stay at our condo which is perfectly located near the Town Ski Lift and at the beginning of Main Street so a car is not needed to dine, ski or just walk to sites. It is fantastic. When choosing our condo we looked at a lot of choices around Park City, and hands down Park Station had the best location for convenience and usability. Hope you enjoy it as well.
