Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is located literally across the street from the Park City resort so the location couldn't be better. The space was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the way our host kindly helped with questions we had about ski hire and restaurants ahead of the visit.
There was a little hiccup with getting the check-in instructions, but other than that, it was a good stay. Great location and cozy unit. It was still pretty warm at night even with the air conditioning fans.
This condo met all our needs. The pool was largest we’ve had with past condo rentals. The unit overlooked pool with nice balcony. We could either walk or use free bus to anywhere in area.
So pleased with our stay. Location was great, close to everything and right on the free bus line. The condo is fitted out with anything you could need. The host was quick to respond with any concerns and very accommodating. Can genuinely recommend and will definitely try to get this place again.
My family of four enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. Close to everything. We rented a car but the transit is right outside. The hot tub was awesome!! Thank you, Christopher!!
All questions we had were answered quickly. Location is amazing across the street from the resort. Hot tub was available and did the job. We would come back. We provided direct feedback of some things that needed attention and the property manager received them well.

not what i expected
smelled weird and was very hot upon arrival. dingier than expected based on photos. shower heads are low. im a regular sized woman and had to stoop a little to get my hair wet. workers were there drilling into concrete right outside the door from 8am to 12pm on a friday. had to take work calls in the bathroom just to be able to hear. host was not very empathetic about that. location is fine. close to starbucks but not too much else in the way of nightlife.
Really enjoyed the location. Easy access to everything. Place is clean, but noisy because the doors squeak quite loudly, so it was impossible to be quiet in there. Top and bottom neighbors were loud until around 3am. All three nights we were woken by loud parties a couple doors over, and men brawling, even on Monday. Two of those nights, the police came, and it really made a racket when they were trying to deal with 25-30 partiers at the same. One night a panic alarm went off for an hour and woke everybody in the complex up.
If not for the neighbors, this would be an awesome place. It’s well taken care of and well equipped.
I’m sure that not everybody is going to experience this kind of thing, but something needs to be done because it was absolutely ridiculous and we didn’t sleep the whole time we were there
Chris’s condo was a great choice for my stay. I needed a location convenient to SLC, Midway, and a few points in between on the Wasatch range. The pictures were accurate. And both the unit and condo complex were nicely appointed with everything I needed. Vehicle access into an out of Park city was great being just on the edge of town. There were also many local things within an easy walk from the condo. And I highly recommend red banjo pizza! It was fantastic.
Pictures were mostly representative of the space. One picture of master bedroom appears to have been AI as there is no headboard and the windows are skewed but the actual space was more of less as nice. Portable AC unit was not very effective for cooling the unit - especially the bedroom - at night though so if you require colder sleeping temps I'd consider a different space. Also it sits in front of the fridge and there was nothing stopping someone from opening the window from the outside when the unit was in use because of how the unit has to vent outside. There should at least be a stick that acts as a slide lock, if not other motlre secure mechanisms. Overall the unit itself was very clean and worth the value. Well stocked. Hot tub was very hot- a good thing! There are several steps both up and down to get to the unit so would not recommend for anyone with mobility concerns. I would likely rent again in cooler temps where AC issues were moot point.
Great location for everything we wanted to do in Park City. Enjoyed the free bus stop just a few feet away. Pool and hot tub were good. Weather was wonderful to sit out in the front open porch. Unit accommodated 3 adults well. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchen for us to make breakfasts, saving eating out for all meals. Pleasantly decorated for local Park City skiing and the local printed guides came in handy. AC was great, as well as ceiling fans. Very comfortable.
Overall, good experience. Across street from resort. Two bus stops (bus is FREE) within 50 meters/yards of rental. Appliances are newer. Building kind of old and could use some upgrade. However, inside of unit is nicer.Apartment is small for four adults.Community is kind of loud - lots of noise from pool area (though it is closed down/locked at 10 PM...so no nighttime noise). Pool area got VERY dirty on multiple days - lots of trash overflowing bins.Building has metal staircases and we experienced lots of loud people coming home from bars in the middle of night. On site laundry (not in unit) has only two washers/two dryers for entire facility. "Portable" AC unit is not portable. It is hooked into window in kitchen area - when not running allows a fair amount of noise into unit."Patio/deck" shown in photos is present, but it is NOT a private patio - it sits on stairwell/landing (i.e., other people using stairs to access their unit will walk right by you).
Everything was fine, location was perfect. Easy walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, but short drive to downtown. Downtown was very busy; it was nice to be outside of that but easy to run to dinner.
Best location - right across street/parking lot from base camp, walking distance manageable for 8/11 year olds in full gear/carrying boards. We used our car to drive into town for dinners &shopping etc. fantastic restaurants in town. Loved the hot tub and also the fireplace! Highly recommend
