The swimming pool, with a new wooden deck fenced off for child safety, is situated on the side of the villa surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area as well as a children’s playground. In the back of the villa is a large porch with a BBQ for outside dining with total privacy.

Layout: Front porch into sitting/dining room with fireplace, living room with bar, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room; from the other side of the dining room is a full bathroom with bath and shower, 2 twin bedrooms; kitchen (electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave); Loft with sitting area and fireplace above living room. Covered terrace with large wood dining table in the rear side of the villa; annex with double bedroom and shower room, just off the covered terrace behind the pool area. Covered BBQ area with an old oven to other side of the covered terrace, laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
