The ground floor has a huge lounge, sofa and smart TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms. The lounge leads directly to the terrace, garden and private pool. There is an additional en-suite bedroom which is located on the first floor.
Next to Marbella Golf and Country Club, 5 mins drive to Siroko beach or Bono beach, less than 10 mins to famous Nikki beach or Marbella. 15mins to Puerto Banus.
The villa is situated in a beautiful residential area with a large private secluded garden. The patio and garden area are stylishly furnished enabling your full enjoyment and Al Fresco dinning. Bedrooms are a lovely size and everything has been beautifully finished. The Golf club is just down the road and the shops and beaches are all a short drive away, making this an ideal location for any family or small group of friends.
