In Lima it is very important that you consider the safety of the street where you’re going to live. The street where the house is located benefits from security measures above average, since it is located in a very peaceful residential urbanization, in a double way wide street, with gardens and trees from both sides, well lit and sheltered by many security cameras placed all along the street, controlled and watched by the Municipal Security station located a few streets away (which doesn’t happen, for instance, in the streets surrounding the PUCP). Besides that, the street where the residence is located benefits from private security. Also near the residence’s location you have the Police Station, and all this aspects bring very tranquility to the area.

The silence surrounding the house is perfect for an author, artist, investigator or student to be able to feel inspired and concentrate on their objectives.

If what you want is to rest from the stress of all the noise and turmoil, then the sound of the singing birds will put you immediately in the right mood.

For your daily or weekly purchases, or simply going out to grab something to eat, at a 5 minutes walking distance you can find everything, from Superstores, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Pharmacies, Banks, Dentists, Barbers and Hairdressers, Stationery, Fruit and Sewing shop, Shoemakers, and almost any other products and services that you might need. If to buy anything you need to exchange your money (from dollars or euros to soles), you can also find Currency Exchange Houses at a 5 minute walking distance. All that you need you can find it without any need for transportation.

Now that we are talking about transportation, the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. Just 1 bus stop away you find San Marcos University, distance that you can easily make walking, and the Pontificia Universidad Católica is 2 or 3 bus stops away.

Meeting the tourist attractions in Lima will be super easy going by bus or car. At a 30 minutes car drive you find yourself at Lima’s Historical Center, where you can choose to walk its streets and squares and enjoy their curious colonial balconies, explore the Basilicas and their amazing Catacombs, and visit the museums and other points of interest.

If you are interested in something more contemporary, practicing paragliding or spending some time at the beach, you can get to Miraflores tourist area by car in around 20 minutes.

If you like the sea, but instead of a place to put your towel, you are more into quiet walks, you can find the beautiful seaside resort of La Púnta at a 15 minutes’ drive, where you can find all the historical military attractions that surround this village, lots of inspirational places to take photos or simply go for a walk.

There is so much to do in the surrounding areas that you just have to look it up on the internet, and if there is something we could help you with, we would be happy to.

And if you are coming to Peru with the intention of discovering our wonder Machupichu, in addition to our many other wonders distributed throughout the Peruvian territory, the location of the house is ideal to plan all of your plane travels, since it is located at a 15 minutes by car distance from the Airport.

Now, let’s not forget those who like to cook…

Our kitchen has a stove, and you will have access to all of our cooking utensils, and the refrigerator can lodge enough food for 10 people (slight exaggeration).

Either if you like cooking or baking, you will have the opportunity to cook without getting overheated, since it is a pleasant and well vented kitchen, where you will be able to enjoy the rewards of your effort over a nice bottle of wine.

When you finish dinner, you can crawl to bed or to the sofa, to read, talk or do what seems more enjoyable to you at the moment.

Who doesn’t like getting home after a long day of walking and being able to rest on the couch? What if you could also recline it to your liking and adopt the position you prefer? Well, we have a reclining sofa for you at home, and everyone who has tried it agrees that it is a great plus of the house. This sofa can take the form of a classic, become a reclining and also have feet rest, elements that certainly do not leave anyone indifferent and can end the habit of putting your feet on the table.

This sofa promises to relieve lumbar pain, try it and you will see that it is true, it is absolutely phenomenal.

The house is really comfortable and pleasant, and it is well thought out for when special guests like you come to stay, to give you full control on how you want to spend your time.
