15 minutes from La Rochelle, the Ile de Ré and the Marais Poitevin, the Charmentaise welcomes you all year in its guest rooms.
This privileged location allows you to radiate between land and sea in one of the sunniest regions of France, from Charente Maritime (17), Vendée (85) and Deux Sevres (79) and the Charente (16).
Our house offers 4 guest rooms in true Charentaise in stone of the 19th century, within a landscaped garden with pool.
Welcome you come alone (e), couples, friends (es), or with family, we have a room that suits you.
All rooms have exposed stone walls, a private entrance and bathroom.

The room "Green Venice" of 28 m2 can accommodate a family with two children through a 140 bed and two beds of 90.
How not to mention the Marais Poitevin so close, great ecosystem, subtle balance between aquatic and plant world?
Let you wrap by shades of green and brown tones complemented by rustic furniture that immerses you in the heart of Poitiers soul.
For your comfort, the room 'Green Venice' is equipped with a spacious private bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower.
By prior arrangement we can add extra beds.
This room offers direct access to the communal kitchen and layout enables the reception of persons with disabilities or reduced mobility.
