Beautiful apartment when good weather

It's an excellent apartment in a nice neighbourhood, excellently furnished with all imaginable necessities and a beautiful location, near Las Rotas and the beach, and within walking distance of the centre of Dénia. The managers were very nice and helpful. However, it is less suitable for the winter months, as the house is then cold due to the stone floor and stone walls. Intended to keep the heat out, which gives a pleasant coolness when it is warm outside, but it feels chilly when the weather is less warm. There is an air conditioning system that gives warm air in cold weather, but the heat does not spread over the space, it is not a heat that lingers.

Résidence bien située au calme

Très jolie résidence au calme pourtant à 1 km du centre de Dénia. Appartement très propre. Bon contact avec la propriétaire et la personne nous a accueilli ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !
