Beautiful semi-detached chalet for 6 people very close to Denia beach.

The urbanisation where it is located has a large grassy area with large trees and a large swimming pool, where you can enjoy fantastic days with your family.

Upon entering, you will find the first of the bedrooms, consisting of two 90 cm beds ideal for the little ones. Next to it are the bathroom on the lower floor and the kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, etc.

We finish the ground floor with the living-dining room, recently decorated. In it we find the flat-screen SMART TV and the fireplace, ideal for winter months. Next to it is a small covered terrace through which the garden is accessed.

Going up the stairs to the upper floor we can see two bedrooms, both with 150 cm beds and a bathroom. From one of the rooms, access is gained to a terrace from which beautiful views of the garden can be enjoyed. All three rooms have air conditioning.



The terraced house is located about 300 metres from the sandy beach La Marineta and just a walk away from the La Marina area of Denia, where there are restaurants, cafés and lovely areas for walking.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
