Super relaxed, perfect location

So nice to stay close to a lovely beach and wonderful pool. At night we sat outside and listened to the chatter of the Spanish home owners all around, talking and cooking with their families. Really nice.

Excellent vacation experience

Our hosts could not have been better, greeted us with hospitality and was in touch for the entire year before our holiday. The house was impeccably clean and the location perfect for a relaxing stay. Ten minutes from Denia and close to many other small towns. True local feel and full of heart, I highly recommend.

Dream holidays in Dénia!

Great house, very nice host

This beautiful house is very close (30 meters) to a wonderful white sandy beach. The house is well equipped, clean, nice furniture, wonderful roof terrace. It is very quiet and spacious.

Plenty room for family. Proximity to pool was excellent. We brought a chrome cast which enabled Netflix on tv. Car hire essential as few restaurants locally or walkable. We would be happy to recommend this holiday location

As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. The location is unbeatable—right next to the beach and with a lovely pool to enjoy. The house itself is spacious with plenty of floors for a larger family, a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor areas, a nice terrace and a BBQ. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. Most importantly, the hosts were absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would gladly return!

This wonderful apartment is located about 8 km outside of Denia. The parking facilities as well as the communication with the host are excellent.The apartment was spacious and perfectly suited for our family of five. Excellent Hosting

Loly and Jean-Philippe are a very amiable couple and excellent hosts. On arrival they took the time to not only show us around the property but also talk us through the use of the appliances etc. - so often in holiday rentals guests are left to work through poorly written instructions. The accommodation is in a safe gated community and is well appointed with everything you need to get your holiday started. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to recommend both the property and the hosts. Thank you again to Loly and Jean Philippe.

Cette maison est idéalement placée si vous recherchez le farniente et la tranquillité. La plage est à 50m avec un accès direct de la résidence sur la plage, et à 20m de la piscine privative. Pour tout le reste (courses, resto, visite de Denia …) vous devez prendre la voiture. Cette résidence n’est pas exclusivement réservée à des touristes, mais héberge de nombreuses familles qui sont là régulièrement et principalement le week-end, qui se connaissent et se retrouvent, en tout cas pour ce que nous avons pu en voir au cours des 2 semaines de notre séjour. Donc les règles sont d’autant plus préservées et notamment les horaires d’interdiction d’accès à la piscine.La maison est partagée sur 4 étages et demi étages: au -1, chambre, salle de bain et grand salon (idéal lors des grosses chaleurs) au rez de chaussée, salon , salle à manger, cuisine et wc (accès à la terrasse de devant qui est aussi l’entrée, et de derrière en demi étage), au 1er, 2 chambres, salle de bain wc, et au dernier étage, le solarium. Une place de parking en souterrain est associée au logement avec un accès direct à l’aller centrale de la résidence et à 15m du logement.Nous avons eu un temps très chaud et presque sans vent, ce qui est rare pour Denia. Dans ces conditions la terrasse arrière était difficilement utilisable car en contre bas et donc coupee de l’air. Mais heureusement il y’a l’autre terrasse. Merci à Jean Philippe qui a été très attentionné tout au long de notre séjour.

Il y a d’excellents restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied sur la plage et une supérette à 300 mètres ouverte tous les jours. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau avec votre famille.

Hemos pasado una semana y no podemos estar más contentos. La casa es fantástica y con todas las comodidades, pegada al mar, con una excelente piscina con vistas también al mar, súper tranquila y familiar. La casa estaba impecable, muy acogedora y muy limpia. This is a lovely property. The layout is comfortable, the property is very safe for my daughters, and the pool is one of the best. We will definitely come back to this location. Pro tip: Do not miss the sunrise or the sunset from this location. It is beautiful.

A very beautiful and spotlessly clean accommodation. Communication with Jean-Philippe was smooth and easy from the very beginning. I believe he even arranged and provided a baby cot and a high chair especially for us, which we really appreciated. He was always available and incredibly helpful. However, there was hardly any need to contact him during our stay because everything was exactly as described. The pool is only about 30 meters away, and the beach is another 30 meters beyond that. The rooftop terrace is lovely, everything was clean, and the apartment had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place, especially for families!

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienanlage direkt am Meer. Von der Terrasse bis zur Wasserkante Max. 100 Meter.Es hat eine Dachterrasse mit Weitsicht und Meerblick. Die Räume verteilen sich über drei Etagen.Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wie in Spanien üblich gab es Ameisen im Erdgeschoss und in der Küche. Sauberkeit ist wichtig sonst versammeln sich die Tierchen über Nacht zum Essen. Es wird empfohlen entsprechende Mittel zu Bekämpfung mitzubringen. Die vorhandenen Insektensprays sind wirksam und nicht so gesund für Menschen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus war groß, sauber und direkt am Meer. Es hatte alles an Ausstattung was man brauch. Die Gastgeber war super freundlich und man konnte sie jeder Zeit kontaktieren. Der Pool war warm und es war nie zu voll an Menschen. Eine ruhige Lage! Und dennoch ist Dénia Stadt in einigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!
