From Alicante Airport, direct ALSA Buses depart from the airport terminal and reach Dénia in approximately 2 hours for a cost of €9 – €18. Alternatively you can pre-book the Alicante Airport Beniconnect Shuttle which drops you at local points in roughly 2 hours 20 minutes for €28 – €32.

From Valencia Airport, direct ALSA buses service depart the terminal daily, reaching Dénia in 2 hours 20 minutes for approximately €13 – €25. Frequent ALSA buses run from Valencia City Centre to Dénia in just 1 hour 30 minutes for roughly €12. Lovely property in perfect location

We finally got to Denia 3 years after initially booking. Communication has been excellent and I cannot fault the property owner. Check in very easy, house well equipped and had everything we needed. I would happily recommend to anyone and we’ll definitely be back!

We loved this casa. It’s well equipped, in nice peaceful surroundings and a short stroll to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants. It’s an easy walk to Denia centre- we walked there along the beach. Takes a little longer but worth it. There are buses if you don’t fancy a walk.

A few more items of furniture & plumming issues sorted to make it a more plesent stay.

The property seems to have a problem with drainage, a strong smell of drains daily and property needed to be aired at all times. The shower tray gets full up quickly as water is slow to go down, so have to turn off mid shower a few times which was not ideal! Also could do with a full lenght mirror as none in property & some table & chairs on balcony upstairs to enjoy mountain views! The location & urbanisation of the proerty is great & if the few issues get addressed the property would be wonderful.

La casa en si está muy bien, la urbanización es muy tranquila y respetuosa, se respetan mucho los horarios de descanso. La casa está muy bien equipada, microondas, cafetera electrica, vajilla, baterias de cocina… no hace falta llevar nada. Ahora cabe destacar algunos contras: el olor a las cañerías en los baños, sobre todo el de arriba es horroroso y angustioso. Fuimos con un bebé de 9 meses y montamos la cuna en la habitación principal y al desplazar la cama para poner la cuna, había muchisimo polvo debajo de la cama, en la alfombra del salón nos pasó lo mismo. En las habitaciones no hay persianas y entra muchisima luz, lo que impide que puedas dormir si te molesta la luz. En la habitación principal hay una veneciana pero es fija, no se pueden mover las lamas, con lo cual, te entra luz igual.El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal va un poco mal y hace muchisimo ruido.La habitación de dos camas solo tiene ventilador y hace mucha calor.La casa está de maravilla, pero hay que tener en cuenta estos aspectos para que la estancia sea lo agradable que debería ser.Lo pasamos de maravilla, mi bebé disfruto mucho de la piscina y el jardín y la comunicación con el propietario y el servicio de limpieza es buena!

Séjour très agréable à Denia. Pleins de choses à voir dans la ville et aux alentours. Nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyés.La maison est très bien. Résidence très calme. Seul bémol, il y avait des odeurs d'égouts tous les soirs dans la salle de bain à l'étage et nous avons également eu quelques fourmis. Pas de sèche-linge disponible contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. La maison se trouve au nord de la ville et il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder au centre (en tous cas avec de jeunes enfants). La plage juste à côté n'est pas des plus belles du coin mais pleins d'autres plages accessibles en voiture aux alentours (Oliva, Moraig,...)Le reste est top.

Estancia correcta en buena ubicación

La casa se entregó bien limpia, con ciertos basicos de cocina como sal, aceite, servilletas, ademas de tener mosquiteras en todas las ventanas... la urbanización donde está situada es tranquila y agradable. La zona no tiene paseo maritimo y la playa no es la mejor de la zona, pero vale para pasar un rato. Solo quiero destacar un par de puntos que no fueron tan buenos, como por ejemplo, el olor de las cañerias que de vez en cuando viene, aunque es algo normal en estas zonas de playa y que tratan de solventar con ambientadores por toda la casa, o que la TV es pequeña y no logramos hacer funcionar el TV por satelite.Las indicaciones para la entrada no son del todo buenas aunque con un poco de imaginación encuentras el apartamento.La plaza de aparcamiento consiste en aparcar en la acera de entrada, dejando muy poco espacio para los demás coches. El trato con la anfitriona fué muy agradable y responde siempre muy rápido aunque solo habla en inglés.El mercadona fué capaz de llevarnos la compra hasta la puerta de entrada de la urbanización.

Super sejour

Endroit parfait pour passer des vacances au calme. Nous avons sejourne avec nos 2 enfants dans cette magnifique villa avec acces direct a la piscine. La maison est tres agreable, et correspond au descriprif. Seul bemol, la 2nde chambre equipee d un ventilateur de plafond ne possede pas de volets, ce qui chauffe considerablement la piece. Mis a part cela, c est l endroit ideal pour se reposer, aller a la plage (5mn a pieds) et visiter le centre ville de Denia a 5 mn en voiture. Nous avons adoré!

Des draps propres et doux, serviettes de bain moelleuses et en quantité, des moustiquaires aux fenetres.. cela fait vraiment plaisir de se sentir considéré en tant que locataire ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas, alors merci d'avoir mis tout en oeuvre pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Cerca de la playa y mucha tranquilidad

Está muy bien situado para ir a la playa, cerca de supermercado y buena conexión para ir a Denia en coche que está a 8 minutos de distancia. L urbanización muy tranquila y la piscina y los jardines muy cuidados. A nosotros nos hizo unos días de mucho calor y humedad y gracias a los ventiladores y al aire acondicionado lo sobrellevamos genial. Lo recomiendo en general está todo muy bien. ((Hay juegos de mesa para niños y todo lo necesario en la cocina de menaje y limpieza))

Beautiful holiday home close to beach

We had a lovely week's holiday at this holiday home close to the beach. The site had a shared pool which was lovely for a dip and very quiet. The beach was an easy 5 min walk , beautiful first thing in the morning for a beach walk and then in the evening to watch the sun set. There are some restaurants nearby with a mix of tasty menus. And an easy trip to Denia if you fancy something more lively. We really enjoyed our holiday and didn't want to leave.
