Een heerlijk licht en zonnig appartement. Ruim genoeg en alles was voorhanden. Het contact met Lydie verliep heel prettig. Ze reageerde heel snel en ze had zo nodig overal een oplossing voor. Dit was voor herhaling vatbaar.

Description conforme à l'annonce. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactive. Location parfaite pour le calme,la détente,les baignades:des vraies vacances. La location était propre,claire,fonctionnelle. La machine à laver le linge très appréciable ainsi que le lave vaisselle. Literie très bien. Vue splendide de la terrasse. Gardien très bien et la résidence est très très bien entretenue. Zone venteusepar moments. Je recommande sans hésitation .

Formidable : mer - piscine...

Nous avons été entièrement séduits, les deux semaines sont passées très vite et nous ont permis surtout de nous reposer. Quel calme dans la résidence, gentillesse des gens et surtout un adorable Concierge, toujours aimable et souriant. Que du bonheur avec un superbe soleil, une mer magnifique, et de belles visites à faire. Un grand merci pour le classeur « Tourisme infos » à disposition dans l'appartement, une foule de renseignements... Nous espérons revenir pour un autre séjour et surtout un grand merci aux Propriétaires qui sont adorables. Patrick et Jo - mai 2015

Parfait

Nous sommes reste quinze jours. Superbe propriété grande piscine et très belle plage. Résidence calme appartement très agréable.nos deux ados se sont vite fait des amis. Petite épicerie à côté et restaurant au prix abordable délicieuse paella. Séjour inoubliable. Nous comptons bien revenir l année prochaine. Merci mme Roy .

MAGNIFIQUE RESIDENCE IDEALEMENT SITUEE

Belle petite résidence clôturée, très bien placée, directement en bord de mer et parfaitement entretenue par un concierge génial ! Appartement bien orienté avec beaucoup de soleil. Epicerie à 200 m à gauche et restaurant juste à droite. Appartement moderne et bien équipé. Propriétaire agréable, disponible et à l'écoute. Séjour parfait à tous points de vue, nous reviendrons bientôt!

Belle résidence, a tester

Résidence sympa, bien placée en bord de mer, très bien entretenue. Peut etre un peu loin du centre ville,pour cette saison, mais la tranquillité doit etre appréciable l'été! Bel appartement bien situé, en angle avec beaucoup de soleil. Bien équipé aussi bien pour hiver que pour été. Documentation importante dans l'appartement disponible.Micro climat ! 3 semaines de soleil entre 18 et 22°c. Propriétaire agréable et à l'écoute, de bons conseils pour l'accès a la résidence Agréable séjour, nous reviendrons!

Vacances Denia

2 semaines de vacances entre le 22/06/2013 et le 06/07/2013. Tout d'abord la propriétaire est très sympathique avant et après la location. En suite, sur place, ville dynamique et la résidence où se situe l'appartement est jolie et vraiment en bord de plage. La piscine de la résidence est excellente. Peu de monde à cette période (mais très beau temps) et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est simple avec un grande terrasse. Le seul petit bémol c'est que l'appartement est loin du centre ville de Dénia. Le prix est très correct. Pour conclure, nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour !

Vancances très agréable !

Bonjour, Je recommande cette location, car si vous souhaitez profiter d'un endroit calme, accèssible avec piscine et le tout au bord de la mer, c'est idéal. Tout le confort et la modernité est réuni dans cette appartement, vous avez même la TNT française pour ceux qui souhaite être informés de l'actualité en France. Et la propriétaire est très sympathique en plus !

bonne adresse

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace, la propreté, la terrasse géniale pour les repas ou la détente avec vue superbe sur la mer. Nous sommes descendus pratiquement tous les jours à la plage. Nous ne connaissions pas Dénia mais avons appréciés. Bref tout un ensemble à la hauteur de nos attentes correspondant tout à fait à la description. Location à recommander. Merci à la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Location au delà de nos attentes

Nous sommes une famille du Québec (Canada). Nos enfants ont 5 et 3 ans et nous avons passé de très belle vacances, aucune mauvaise surprise sur l'appartement. La propriétaire est très gentille et se soucie de ses locataires et de leur confort. Le concierge est tout simplement super, il est à notre service et il entretient très bien les lieux. C'est très propre, les gens sont gentils. La mer est très belle et juste à côté. La température de la piscine était parfaite au mois de juin et de plus pour les enfants elle est super car il y a une petite pateaugeoire, les enfants se sont beaucoup baignés et amusés. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêve et on garde un très beau souvenir. Je recommande cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent passer de belles vacances confortable et sécuritaires dans une ville superbe. Merci Mme R. pour tout, vous êtes très gentille. séjour parfait à tout point de vue

Très bel appartement dans un secteur privilégié. Magnifique résidence dans un cadre idyllique, très bien entretenue et bien sécurisée.Piscine très agréable à l'ombre des palmiers. Ici tout est calme et reposant. Accès direct à une immense plage à perte de vue très tranquille. (nous y étions au mois de juin ). Merci beaucoup à Mme R.qui non contente de vous offrir un logement irréprochable est très soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons sûrement!
