Located right on a gorgeous sandy beach in the desirable Bayshore neighborhood in Waldport, Oregon is this stunning 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath vacation home. No amenity for comfort and fun was spared in this home.

Enjoy morning breakfast on the covered east deck where the sunrise will take your breath away. The bay comes alive as the sun and beautiful colors illuminate the Alsea Bay Bridge. The upper deck on the west side has an ocean view hot tub! The beach access is very easy with steps from both levels right to the sand. Head south on the beach and explore the excitement at the mouth of the Alsea River where it spill into the ocean. This area is very popular for crabbing and salmon fishing. Watch the boats haul in their catch. You are likely to see our resident seals basking on the sand and playing in the surf. Head north on the beach and you can walk for miles and miles!

Upstairs is a large great room fabulous for entertaining and spending time together. There is a large, well-appointed kitchen with plenty of counter space, a huge breakfast bar and dining table. A slider to the deck and easy access to the barbeque and beach. Plenty of comfortable seating including 2 sofas, one that converts to a sleeper, and a huge flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor which includes the master suite. There is also a shared full bath and a powder room. The ground floor entrance opens up to a large family room with another flat screen TV, sleeper sofa, mini fridge for game day snacks and beverages, and full laundry with access right out to the beach, along with the garage converted into a game room with shuffleboard and ping pong. There are 3 more bedrooms and 2 shared full baths.

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

Vehicles: Licensed for 5 (strictly enforced) No boats, trailers or RV's per HOA rules.
Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
