This cozy, modern one bedroom condo is perfect for two, but can actually sleep up to six with a king size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a set of built-in twin bunks. Breathe in the salt air and listen to the waves crash along the shore while you enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. Take in the breath-taking gulf views from the living room of your condo while you prepare meals in the fully stocked Kitchen. Pick up some fresh seafood from the market across the street, or catch some yourself at Lake Powell and enjoy dining al fresco on the balcony overlooking the gulf. No direct view of the beach, but the property couldn’t be any closer — literally right across the street from the beach access point (with clean public bathrooms!). We did not use the pool but it stayed clean. There were areas of the house that I’d be disappointed in if I were the one paying a cleaner for their services. The bedroom TV did not work initially, but they replaced it. (Only issue was it took two days to come to the condo to check it out.)But overall it was a good value for what we were needing.

No beach view—completely obstructed by trees in front of balcony. It needs a deep cleaning. Pet hair on everything. I got a thorn stuck in my foot from the rug. The bathroom was filthy—hair in shower and thick dust coating the wall in between door frame. The closet wire shelving was grossly coated in dust—couldn’t even use it to set clothes on. The kitchen counter had large crumbs (I’m guessing from repair work because there was a screw on the counter still). The condo was described to have a coffee maker and encouraged guests to bring their own favorite coffee from home as a packing suggestion—would’ve been nice to know that it was a Keurig rather than a regular coffee maker. They also mentioned a blender being available, but that was not the case. I’ve stayed at several well-kept, very clean condos previously, and I’ve never had the place so under-supplied with basics. One roll of toilet paper for a five night stay? Ridiculous. We had to buy more things that we couldn’t exactly fly home with in general. The only really convenient thing was the closeness to the beach. Might want to check if there’s mold on the bedroom wall, too.

Clean and cozy for my small family of 4. Wish it would have had a heads up about being on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Would have been no big deal if it weren’t booked for my babymoon. Stairs are hard 9mos pregnant with a toddler under 2. Needs a hairdryer. Overall we enjoyed it!

An absolute pleasure

This property had the best on everything. Location, facilities and value was top notch. Check in process was seamless and the unit was quiet. The unit is a few steps from the beach and has a pool on site as well. We enjoyed the oceanviews roght from the living room and enjoyed beeakfast on the porch. I definitely will be back.

We love staying at Inlet Dunes it is a wonderful condo. However, when we communicated concerns with the property manager they responded that they would send a request to maintenance. No one contacted us or showed up to fix the issues we were having. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, but we were just disappointed that no one showed up to fix the issues we were having in the condo.
