It has an electronic gate with remote access. Nianna Coral Bay townhouses feature 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, powder room and large living space.

Bedrooms have king and queen size beds, AC, WiFi, sufficient closet space and en-suite bathrooms with standing shower and bath. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV. The interiors are made from furniture sourced globally including pieces from USA and Jamaica. Here is the marriage of exquisite taste, beauty and comfort. Towels and Linens are provided, towels are refreshed every four & six days.
There is an infinity edge swimming pool on property which is shared with the private community. There is also a children's playground. The kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space with a large 6 seater dining table and comfortable 3-seater sofa that can accommodate two adults for sleeping purpose. The living area has a Samsung Smart TV, Cable TV and WiFi. Parking is right in front of the townhouses. AC are available in all rooms.
We offer 150 Mbps Starlink WiFi internet and plenty of entertainment for our guests. Located very close to Montego Bay, Nianna Coral Bay is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests are provided with their own gate remote to leave and enter as freely as they like. This comes along with a key to the townhouse.
Only guests staying as per the the booking may enter the property freely, we have special rules for visitors mentioned in the Visitor Rules section.
The Neighborhood:
Your stay with us includes membership to the Rose Hall Beach Club located 4 minutes away next to the newly opened Jewel Grande Resort. The gorgeous white sand beach is flanked by facilities which include a bar and restaurant, swimming pool, picnic area, change rooms and free WiFi.
Nianna Coral Bay is located in the Rose Hall area in close proximity to the ocean with the world famous Scotchies and other Jamaican restaurants, a gift shop, convenience and liquor store all within walking distance.
There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville, Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners. If you fancy a round of golf the property lies minutes away from 3 internationally rated courses - The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.
Getting Around:
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Rose Hall Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

At an additional fee laundry and cooking services are available. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. •Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.
•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house
•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use
•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup
•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle
•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.
•The water heater switch is located in the downstairs closet. The switch is the one on the right. Kindly turn off when not in use.
•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave
•Management reserves the right to enter an empty unit if electricals are left on.
•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Visitor Policy
Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.
Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.
