Just a 10 minute drive from historic, charming Franklin and 20 minutes from Nashville, this elegant ranch home features three lovely bedrooms/2.5 baths, a sweeping front porch with breathtaking views over the front pasture and horses, two majestic floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplaces in the open plan living room and family room area, and an inviting back patio with pergolas and a fire pit to enjoy evening gatherings, bonfires, and s'mores under the Tennessee moon. The patio looks onto a sprawling back yard with mature trees and just beyond, the home's own private forest. Tennessee offers four gorgeous seasons and you will love the beauty of this Ranch all year at the lush botanical symphony of a Tennessee spring, dance with the fireflies in early summer, fall asleep to the songs of crickets in mid-summer, languish in a shaded hammock with a good book, breathe in the crisp aroma and vibrant colors of fall, and indulge in the quiet calm (even pristine snow cover sometimes) of a Southern winter.

***Please note that property host lives onsite in an adjacent (one adjoining wall) self-contained apartment with its own separate entrance. This is a working equestrian property and host must be onsite to care for her horses and other animals. You may see the Ranch's outdoor cats as you come and go, and for this reason we ask you to drive slowly and carefully at all times when entering and leaving the property during your stay. There are two Golden Retrievers on property which will be on the apartment side and not off-leash at any time during your stay in the main home. For your safety, please know that the horses are strictly off limits. Please do not (ever) feed or touch them without your host's express consent and presence. Due to the proximity of our horses and pets, this property would not be well-suited to those with severe allergies.***

Berry Farms also hosts a weekly Farmer's Market during the summer months. Catch a live music event or movie at the iconic Franklin Theater or shop to your heart's content in the whimsical, gorgeous boutiques on Main Street (or major department stores at nearby Cool Springs Mall). Every summer, the Williamson County Fair offers great fun just across the I-65. If Franklin's rich Civil War history draws you, the Carnton Plantation and other historic sites are just minutes away.
