Beautiful, PRIVATE, one level home with POOL AND JACUZZI! Fully furnished with all the comforts of home! Home has modern furnishings, a very "open" floor plan, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, high end tile floors and ceiling fans in every room.

Your private back yard has a sparkling Pool and jacuzzi, a covered patio area that includes: outdoor speakers and seating table so you can relax while enjoying your favorite drink and watching friends swim! (or enjoying that morning cup of coffee). The outdoor table seats 6 people so you can enjoy your meals inside or out! There are plenty of lounge chairs to seat around the pool. In the evening the automated lighting system illuminates making the pool and yard very peaceful and serene. There is a beautiful Fire Pit area with chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the moment with friends or family! Backyard comes complete with Cornhole Game!

Maricopa is just outside of Phoenix so you are never far from it all; museums, galleries, downtown Scottsdale, hundreds of golf courses, shopping, zoo, amusement park and race track. Also, the award winning golf course, The Duke, is in Maricopa! It was ranked #1 for the "Best new course in Arizona" by Travel Golf (2003) and #1 for "player friendly course in Phoenix/Scottsdale" by Golf Tips Magazine (2006) . This home is walking distance to the newly opened Copper Sky Recreational Park, which is fun for the entire family! There are pools, outdoor stocked fishing lakes, walking paths, workout facilities etc etc etc... Also, just down the road is the UltraStar Multi-entertainment Center! Here there are movie theatres, lazer park, restaurants and lots of activities!!! One of Arizona's largest casinos Harrah's is just "a" min. drive away!!! Maricopa is just 45 minutes drive from phoenix airport. Its close to EVERYTHING, and its very nice, safe and quiet! You may not want to leave!

Living Room has a stereo system, Big screen TV and DVD player, Plenty of seating and very open floor plan for entertaining. Also Netflix and wireless wifi!!!!

Kitchen is spacious and equipped with everyting you may need. Granite counter tops, spacious cupboards and countertops, (2) refrigerators with icemaker, blender and all the extras! The connecting dining room has a large table that seats 8.

Master Bedroom has King Bed, flat screen TV . Large window and 9 ft sliding glass door that look out at the pool . Large Bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in closet, Jetted Jacuzzi Tub and stand alone shower.

A nice getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay in Maricopa. We came during summer last year and decided to stay in a home this April to get a feel of what it would be like to live there. Did some home searching and hiking. Came back to a relaxing retreat! It was a great home, everything was perfect.

Spring break treat

We came to get a break from Idaho winter and spent the month. A friend came for a couple of days to visit and our daughter and grandkids came to spend their spring break. Hit a baseball training game and worked on their tans at the pool. Enjoyed the home yard and pool.

Arizona Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Maricopa! The house was perfect. We had a pool and spa which we used every day. The back yard was large. We would stay again for sure! Kevin and Linda from Nebraska

Amazing

The property was exactly as show in the pictures. Super clean! Debbie responded to our questions quickly and fixed the one problem we had prompty. The 4 of us were very pleased with the house and yard.

We Just purchased this home in July, 2018! We fell in love with Maricopa on a recent stay with friends! We hope to be "snowbirds" in the future. Steve owns an Insurance Agency and Debbie works in Health Care.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the back yard! We like to spend a lot of time outside and found this to be so inviting! We hope you do too! The pool is private and large enough to swim laps! The Jacuzzi is so nice and relaxing. Maricopa is only about 45 min from the Phoenix airport and about 15 min from Chandler. The location is just a short drive to everything! We love the location!
