Fully appointed kitchen with all black appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with all new beds, beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 65" Smart TV.

Spacious living room includes a comfy pit style sofa, 75” Smart TV, a second living/den area with a small pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, laundry area, private pool and patio with dining furniture, courtyard entryway with seating, high-speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual and on VRBO. The house in Maricopa was very spacious and beautiful. The backyard offered an amazing heated pool alongside a fire that we used. All of the bedrooms were good sized and fit our group very comfortably. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone as a 10/10.

Me and my family came from Seattle, WA to attend my Brother wedding and we found this home on Vrbo which was perfect for us. On our arrival it was very welcoming! the home was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was very needed in the heat and the back yard family area was amazing. We had a snafu with the pool heat being turned on but after that the place was everything we needed. The only thing missing was a recliner. Highly recomended.
