One is on the 1st floor and another is on the 2nd floor.
2 full sized beds are in two bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with a out suite baths on the 2nd floor.
2 additional queen sized beds are on the 2nd floor , one bed in each bedroom. In suite bath shared by the two bedrooms, with access from each bedroom.
Two more bedrooms are in the lower levels , One has a queen sized bed, the other has a full sized bed. There is a designated bath with a tub shared by the two bedrooms.
2nd refrigerator and laundry room also in the same area .

Rate divided into In season and off season .
All rental must be 31 nights or longer required by the law . All discount is calculated from the standard rate , no double discount unless specified. Special promotional rate rentals are final none refundable . But we will give loyalty credit towards your next rental within one year . For special events and holidays and long term stays please email us first for the rate. No reasonable offer being rejected. We will match our competition of equivalent. Be sure to ask first. This is a very peaceful residential neighborhood, If the owner determines an activity you are doing will lead to property damage or disturbance of the peace of its neighbors there will be a ban, fine of $1000 or both.
