This apartment is located in the heart of the village of Cascais, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and bars, pastries, supermarkets and public transport. Just a 5-minute walk from the train station to Lisbon, bus station to Sintra and the beaches of the Estoril Coast. The apartment is a 2nd floor with no elevator but easy stairs. It's been completely renovated. When you enter the apartment there is a spacious and bright living room decorated in a modern style with LCD TV with international channels and a dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people, where you can enjoy your meals at home. There is also Wi-Fi access throughout the house. The living room has access to a balcony with tables and chairs for you to enjoy the fresh air during a good breakfast or even a drink at the end of the day.

Next to the living room is the open kitchen and fully equipped with hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric coffee maker and magic wand, and provided with crockery and glasses, pots, pans and pans, cutlery, utensils and kitchen cloths to make you feel at home. It is also available on the kitchen balcony, an iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes extension and springs.

Along the corridor are the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king sizedoublebed, and the other room has two single beds and a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. There are two bathrooms, one in the hallway with bathtub and shower and the other on the balcony next to the second bedroom with a shower. Both bathrooms have towels, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer available.



Our company uses exclusively the services of our private laundry and cleaning teams, which have certified and specialized equipment to obtain a complete and effective cleaning, including the cleaning of clothes and towels.

All our accommodations are certified by the General Directorate of Health with the Clean & Safe seal

House rules:

•Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, use the outside areas.

•The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.

•Pets are not allowed prior to consultation and prior authorization.

•Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00.

•It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.

•Key loss - 100€

•Anatolled block that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention

•Forget the keys inside the apartment, requiring a new visit from Welcomer - 25€

•A manual of the house will be provided in the apartment at the time ofcheck-in. Please abide by the rules.



Minimum stays: 4 nights.



Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00 before 16h only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; late check-in after 20:00 will cost 30€; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50.

Check-out - Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of 30€; early check-out before 6am will cost 50€; Early check-out before 8am will cost 30€.



Extras:

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: 50 € up to 4 people, 60 € up to 6 people.



Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;



Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include varied services from bookmaking to play or sports activities, marking restaurants or catering services, babysitting,drivers, guided tours, among many others.



Security deposit: 200 Euros per booking; will be returned if the apartment is in the same condition in which the guest found on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred in the apartment or any furniture or equipment thereof.
