Newly renovated river “home away from home” in the gated Moovalya Keys neighborhood. A comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with large open kitchen, dining, & living room. Large back patio with bbq and beautiful view of the canals and unique homes within The Keys. Enjoy the convenience of using your own dock off the first canal from the river within a calm “no wake” zone safe for floating, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming for all ages. Master bedroom has 1 king and 1 twin bed, 2nd guest room has 2 queen beds, and 3rd room has one king bed. Living room has a pullout couch. Grass dog park and trailer lot at the front of the gated entrance.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return all rearview mirror property placards. $40 per placard not returned at the time of checkout.

Clean BBQ and Blackstone surfaces. Cover with the provided appropriate protective covers.

Outside lights including the dock lights must be turned off please.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely no animals. Thank you.

There will be a refundable deposit of $500 for accidental damages. Returned to you after housekeeper inspects the home.
