This private and quiet, family friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is cozy and comfortable. Prepare to relax in this updated vacation home that boasts all the amenities you desire! All 5 mattresses are comfortable, memory foam. Quiet Scottsdale neighborhood close to Kierland, Waste Management Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, West World, Mayo Clinic and awesome shopping and dining. Private backyard with covered patio, grill, hot tub, outdoor games and optional heated pool (*fee, see below). This home is a wonderful place to get away from it all and create lasting memories with your family and friends. This home is intended for small groups and families to come and relax and enjoy time together. This house is not for parties, loud groups of people, or events.
***There is a fee of $50/night for the heater. The pool is heated to 84 degrees prior to arrival and ready to use. *** Not a diving pool, 5 feet is the deepest part. Pool safety fence required when young children are at the house, even if they are not staying at the house and just visiting for any period of time. Please notify us if you would like the pool heated during your stay. :)

***If you are traveling with young children and would like to use the single stroller, double jogging stroller, or pack n play-please notify us so we can leave them out for you. We keep those types of baby items stored away to minimize germs and keep them clean between groups. The pack n play has a double sided mattress, soft vs firm so you can use the appropriate side based on your little ones age. It also has a fitted sheet.
*The house has several amenities for babies and children available, additionally, we have little ones in our home and are happy to disinfect and share any baby/child necessities you may need during your stay to make it feel more like a home away from home!

The trip was awesome! Home was as advertised. Very clean, pool was very nice. Courtney was very responsive to our messages and requests. She adjusted the pool temps immediately upon request.Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Scottsdale vacation spot.

Fabulous location and home!

The home is exactly like pictured and in the perfect location. We were close to golf, hiking and food. The hot tub was wonderful for the cool evenings and all the amenities were great!

Great Stay

We were in town for 5 nights for a family wedding. 3 adults. Property was very clean and very well stocked. We greatly appreciated Kcup coffee pods and new creamer along with starter snacks since we arrived on Christmas. Nicely renovated. Even found a steamer to freshen up our wedding outfits! Property owner immediately responded to questions and a maintenance issue. Would stay here again.

We have stayed here before. We absolutely love it! The kitchen has everything you need including spices. The home is very well stocked and a great location. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the cooler afternoons.

Relaxing getaway

This property was perfect for a sibling reunion. We traveled from Illinois, Montana, and Virginia escaping our cold winters to make some memories in sunny warm Arizona. The home had everything we needed and some wonderful extra amenities. Courtney was a fabulous host and quick to respond to all of our questions. Perfect Getaway

What an amazing home! This place was perfect for a sisters getaway. Courtney was incredibly communicative and accommodating. The little details of the home were what made it. Best stay in Az!

This listing was wonderful. The location, the neighborhood, and most of all the house and its extras we the best ! Loved the backyard area and the pool🌺…. Both my mom and I don’t swim but the pool was perfect for us to enjoy just wading in. Thank you to the owners for making the check in process so easy and answering questions while I was on my way there and during our stay. Very affordable and outstanding!

Perfect House For Us!

This house was wonderful! It was perfect for our family of four (myself, my husband, and two small children - ages 2 and 4). The pool was a dream! Perfect for little ones with the umbrella and platform. The house itself was decorated nicely and had everything we could ask for in terms of supplies. The property owners have really thought of everything. Communication with Courtney was a breeze, and she was very pleasant to interact with. This was our first vacation since Covid and I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!

We LOVED our stay at Courtney and Dustin’s home. The only thing wrong was we had to leave too soon!!😫 The home was beautiful, clean, had EVERYTHING you could possibly need all the way down to chopsticks! Courtney was kind, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable..... I could go on and on. She was amazing, responded instantly to any needs we had. This home has made it to where we will never stay in a hotel again. I only hope other homes we stay in live up to these big shoes. Not a detail was missed. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend! 5+ STARS! The most family friendly stay EVER!

This Scottsdale house was the PERFECT getaway for our family of 5 including a 5, 3 and 1 year old. Communication with the host was thorough and timely. When we walked in they had boughten us a new high chair to use along with some new bath toys which was SO incredibly kind of them since they knew we were coming with little kids. They had also set up the pack n play crib. The house, pool and backyard were incredibly clean!! The beds were so comfortable. The rain shower head in the primary bathroom has me wanting to upgrade our bathroom at home. They house had lots of toys available for kids, plates/cups/ spoons/forks, even step stools in the bathroom by the sink and baby wash in the bath. All the things to make traveling with kids stress free. They had the children's safety fence set up for us and the pool heated prior to arrival which was a must for us to stay somewhere and it worked great. The pool was fantastic, with a nice area where the water was more shallow which also had a nice umbrella and table for drinks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We utilized their great strollers they had available and walked to get coffee and go to a nearby playground a few mornings. We loved that so much shopping and entertainment was only a few min away! We had one minor circuit breaker issue while there, the hosts responded within minutes and the problem was resolved within an hour. We just can't stay enough great things about this house and we'd love to come back :)

Dustin and Courtney both share a passion for vacationing and real estate! We bought this house in July 2018 with the intention of updating it and bringing to life a great vacation rental in the heart of Kierland. We love everything Scottsdale has to offer and hope to bring some of that joy to others who are visiting the area. Courtney is from Nebraska and taught kindergarten for 7 years. Currently, she is enjoying time at home with their toddler while waiting for baby #2 to arrive! Dustin is from California. He is a realtor and pool builder. We like to keep busy and had fun renovating this house together. We look forward to ensuring our guests have a wonderful experience while staying at our vacation home!

All of the amenities a hotel offers at a much lower rate plus so much more!! Enjoy your own heated private pool and hot tub! Fluffy white towels and clean white linens provided. Water at your bedside and cold waters in the fridge, plus coffee, creamer, tea, condiments, and snacks provided for your convenience. This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Scottsdale's most desirable shopping and dining area the Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Promenade, Old Town Scottsdale, and Desert Ridge.
