Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. The nightly fee is for the 1st guest, each additional guest is $25 nightly. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Kitchen is fully equipped; home also has washer and dryer. We have a fenced back yard, which is great for your "fur baby" who are traveling with you. Our home is also located close to Greenwood schools if your family is attending sporting events or graduation. A popular wedding venue, The Loft at Stone Oak, is located about 1 mile away from our home. Local Fort Smith Colleges are about 20-30 minutes away. Lake Jack Nolan is a 208 acre fishing lake located just east of home about 3/4 of a mile. House is available for short term rental for intern needs or families displaced for remodeling in their homes at a discounted rate. Great house for visiting family or friends without having to drive back and forth to Fort Smith for hotel stay.

Perfect little house for 2

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is cute and includes many details that make it feel like home: appealing decor, essentials such as toilet paper and hand soap, comfortable living room, space to work on a computer, and more. Greenwood Football getaway

We spent two wonderful months in Greenwood so we could enjoy our 3 great grandchildren play spots and just be involved in their lives. Katy and Scott, our hosts, were wonderful. When we got here Kathy had decorated the house with a football theme and even had our great grandson’s jersey number on door wreath. There were new towels and dish towels. The house was perfect for a fall get away. We plan to stay for a few weeks in Spring and again a couple of months in fall. I love this little town. Thank you Kathy.

Solar Eclipse 2024

This was a perfect stay for our short family getaway to watch the solar eclipse. Kathy worked really hard all day to get the house ready for us after the fridge broke. She even left water bottles and a bag of ice for us to use as well. The place is comfortable and clean and in a good neighborhood. Kathy responded to our messages instantly. She also gave some good recommendations on a BBQ place in Bonneville. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very cute and very comfy stay

We stayed here for a few days back in April during our move from Tx to Ar. Very cute and cozy home that DID NOT SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES AT ALL. Lots of room to run around out back. And the kids and dogs all loved seeing the potbelly piggy Nextdoor! The neighborhood is NOT run down, just a little older but cute and safe with children running around because it is safe to do so. I absolutely recommend this place. The host was so great as well!

House was clean and very organized

Nice family neighborhood, spoke with the neighbors several times. Often walked the area with our dog and always felt comfortable. House size and layout worked well for the two of us. If we return to this area certainly would stay again at this property. Kathy was quick to respond to any inquiry we made.

Clean and peaceful Neighborhood Stay

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet in this clean home that included a fenced backyard and the cutest floors I've seen! Close to some good local restaurants and near the Fort Smith area. A great choice for a small family.

We came from out of state to visit family and this was perfect. It was the perfect spot to visit in Ft Smith and Poteau. The house was just as described and the owner was awesome to work with. Greenwood has grown so much and has everything you need. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great neighborhood and my guest loved it!

This is a nice 2 bed 1 bath home in a very nice neighborhood. The home is very nice with a porch and back yard. Greenwood has been THE SAFEST place in Arkansas for several years. I had 2 of my friends come to town and I happen to find this place here on vrbo and I am glad I did. We will be looking for it again when they come back in. The owner was fantastic! I just wish I could have given it more stars! This was so much better than putting them up in a hotel. If you have business or pleasure in Fort Smith this is a house you should defiantly stay at. This house was VERY VERY CLEAN TOO!
