About this property

Comfortable house in Belle-Ile with bikes available and rental car

Our house has a WIFI internet connection and you will have free 5 adult bikes and children bikes on request.
Personal vehicle rental possible after request (Fiat ulysse 8 places) via a DRIVY personal vehicle rental site (indicative price: € 44 / day or € 200 per week)

We will welcome you in our house at a place called 'Moulin Gouch' (near the hamlet of Kerdaigre) ideally located 1.5 km from the magnificent supervised beach of Herlin, for a nice walk. You will be located in the center of the island 3 km from the village of Bangor (grocery store, bread store), 5 km Le Palais (all amenities) 'capital' of the island, 6 km from Locmaria and 10 km from sauzon.

Our house (with WIFI connection) has all the necessary comfort in order to spend a pleasant stay. Room layout: one bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, and upstairs, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 single bunk beds.
Shower and wc on the ground floor.
Wc and sink upstairs.

You can also rent bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases) for € 15 / double bed and € 10 / single bed, as well as opt for the cleaning fee of € 100.

You can also borrow our bikes (5 adult BICYCLES are at your disposal and 2 children bikes 8 and 10 years old) and go easily to the supervised beach of Kérel (4km), to the long supervised beach of the Grands Sables (3km) or else at the tiny and fantastic Gros Rocher cove (3km) ...

You will have a private enclosed garden with trees of 800 m2.(barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc.)

Our house also has a WIFI internet connection.

Possibility to rent the semi-detached house sleeps 11 referenced 1125881 on Abritel or all two houses sleeps 19 referenced 1105123.

All other rates on request.
Weekend rental possible out of season.

Très bon accueil, mais beaucoup de problèmes

L'accueil reçu à notre arrivée par la responsable était super, et je l'en remercie pour ses bons conseils. Je la remercie également pour son intervention en cours de séjour, à la suite de problèmes. Tout d'abord, précisons que contrairement à l'annonce, il n'y a pas de WC à l'étage, donc un seul wc pour tout le gite !!! D'autre part, nous avons eu des soucis avec le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas, la cafetière qui fuit, la douche en très mauvais état (un bouton de réglage nous reste dans la main), le réfrigérateur qui fuit, un feu de gazinière en panne, la lumière de la hotte qui ne fonctionne pas non plus ... bref de nombreux soucis qui dénotent bien l'état de la maison, à priori en cours de rénovation, mais loin d'être fini. De plus, la chambre du rez-de-chaussée de chaussée présente un taux d'humidité très désagréable. Cette maison, située le long de la route principale reliant Sauson à Locmaria, est donc très bruyante dès le matin de bonne heure. En résumé, il vaut mieux attendre que toute la rénovation de ce gîte soit terminée pour y séjourner.

Une semaine en couple en février; Accueil très agréable, cadre calme et agréable, intérieur (il ne manque rien de rien, il y a même la super grande cocotte pour cuire nos araignées) spacieux et confortable, idéal pour se ressourcer. Avons adoré.
