Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Häuschen mit seinem hübschen Garten hat uns gut gefallen und ist für zwei Personen ideal. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll und auch die Stadt ist gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Agréable maison, accueillante, dans un joli jardin à 2 pas de la mer

Petit déjeuner au soleil parmi les hortensias, ballades avec nos vélos (très beau marché le vendredi à Concarneau - en passant par le port), des plages au choix suivant le vent, et dîner sur le sable au soleil couchant. Quartier très calme, excellent séjour.

Séjour idéal

Nous sommes allés dans cette maison du 19/09 au 01/10/2022. L'annonce correspond totalement à la prestation. La maison est jolie, propre, bien équipée, il nous a rien manqué pendant le séjour et je rajouterai que c'est vrai vous avez bien la mer à 10 mn de la maison à pied. Vu nos dates de vacances la dernière semaine il a fait un peu froid, la propriétaire nous a appelé pour nous proposer de mettre le chauffage ou faire un feu de cheminée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette attention. Merci et je recommande cette maison

Süßes Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Ferienwoche in diesem Häuschen verbracht. Jede Seite der Straße führt zu einem Strand: Der links herunter ist wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Da wir die ganze Woche fantastisches Wetter hatten, konnten wir die Terrasse und den großen Garten ausgiebig nutzen und so erschien uns das kleine Häuschen wunderbar groß. Kleines Manko: Vor uns war das Haus nicht bewohnt und es hatte viel geregnet, dadurch muffelte es im Dachgeschoss sehr stark (ist glaube ich häufig so bei alten Häusern in Meeresnähe). Das wurde durch eine Woche Dauerlüften mit sehr trockener Luft deutlich besser, dürfte aber immer wieder auftreten. Mit dem kleinen Fahrrad konnten wir morgens in ca. 15 Minuten zum Bäcker fahren. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Bar und daneben ein Feinkostladen, auf dessen Terrasse man auch zB Austern essen kann. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an einer Fähre, mit der man für 1 Euro auf die Ville Close übersetzen kann, und von der aus dann ins Zentrum von Concarneau laufen kann. So hat man keine Verkehrs- und Parkprobleme. Neben Concarneau waren wir auch in Quimper und Pont Aven - alles fantastisch schöne Orte, die einen Ausflug wert wind. Also: Haus, Strände, Umgebung: Wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum zufrieden

Das kleine Ferienhaus mit der gemütlichen Terasse und dem kleinen Garten ist gut geeignet für eine vierköpfige Familie. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Man hört den Straßenverkehr, aber nur sehr mäßig, gleiches trifft auf Nachbarn zu. Der Weg zum Meer und die Auswahl der Strände ist wunderbar. Zum Essen und Einkaufen musste man mit dem Auto kurze Strecken fahren, aber nicht weit. Alles in allem wunderbar und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. DANKE.

Schön, aber....

Das Haus an sich ist schön von der Lage her, mit dem Garten, zwar an der Straße, die aber jetzt im Oktober wenig befahren war, auch die Einrichtung ist ok. Aber: als wir ankamen, war das Haus offensichtlich seit längerem nicht oder kaum geputzt worden. Waschbecken, Toilette und die anderen sanitären Einrichtungen waren in Ordnung. Aber der Staub lag überall hoch, überall Spnnweben, die ebenfalls verstaubt waren. Als erstes haben wir den Fußboden gefegt und die schlimmsten Spinnwegen entfernt. Für Hausstauballergiker ist das Haus nichts. Und für´s richtige Wohlfühlen wäre ein gründlicher Hausputz beim Einzug notwendig gewesen. Schade!

Bonjour Bien lu votre appréciation Sachez que la maison est nettoyée à chaque changement de locataire, même si dans votre cas la maison a été libre pendant 15 jours avant vous. La route devant la maison est calme même en été... nous ne sommes pas sur la Côte d’Azur ... Mais je vois que vous avez malgré tout bien aimé la maison et son emplacement... Mettre un 2/5 pour quelques toiles d’araignées me semble disproportionnée.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben das Haus zu Zweit bewohnt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und die Entfernung zu den Stränden sind fussläufig in ca. 2 min. zu erreichen. Die Stadt ist bequem mit dem Fahrrad(hatten wir dabei) zu erreichen. Die Dame des Vermieters sprach sehr gut englisch, was natürlich für die Verständigung ideal war. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe(ca. 3km). Leider sind einige Vormieter mit manchem Inventar nicht sonderlich pfleglich umgegangen. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn der Vermieter irgendwann einmal W-Lan anbieten könnte, da das mobile Internet der Anbieter nicht stabil sind. Vielen Dank und Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit tollem Garten und Terrasse

Das Haus bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht, eine gemütliche Einrichtung und schöne Sonnenterrasse, vor allem die Nähe zu einem wunderschönen Strand und der Garten zum Grillen und Fußballspielen sind toll (komplett umzäunt, gut für kleine Kinder). Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort, es würden aber bis zu vier Kinder in das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach passen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings mit nur zwei Herdplatten (Gas). Das Haus ist alt aber kürzlich modernisiert worden. Wer Wert auf hohen Komfort legt, findet es aber evt. insgesamt zu einfach. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil es unterm Dach bei sehr heißem Wetter ziemlich warm war und ab und zu ein kleines bischen "gemuffelt" hat (Kanalisation?).

steht am haus und es ist auch was darin.du wirst es merken,wenn du 1-2 tage drin wohnst.zauberhaft und alles ist da was man braucht,auch für Familien.ein schöner Urlaub,in einem tollen haus,haben wir auch ins Gästebuch geschrieben.so etwas kriegt man nicht alle tage.5 Sterne sind gerechtfertigt,kleinere mängel fallen da nicht ins gewicht.
