About this property

A charming, spacious and peaceful family home for 6/7 people

Come and discover our beautiful house decorated with care, not overlooked in a quiet hamlet between Villard de Lans and the ski resort, and sunny thanks to large picture windows. Fitted out with a large living room where you can warm up in front of a wood fire, or play Pictionary, Monopoly, chess, puzzles and many other games, or simply admire the view of the ski resort and our beautiful Flycatcher, or immerse yourself in a good book (a selection is available).
The kitchen area very well arranged with everything you need to prepare good meals or simply a fondue or raclette and all sit with your family. With microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher.
The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a mezzanine to accommodate the children (miller's steps, not recommended for young children). Cot and high chair available.
A bathroom, double sink with walk-in shower and WC, and an additional WC.
We have neither internet nor television, but children can play with puzzles (for all ages) kaplas, boggles, cards, draw, read, make a strong in one of the mezzanine, or football on the terrace, or even go for a walk and hike from the house. Otherwise you have a stop for the regular free shuttle (in season) to the station, or to the village of Villard de Lans with the ice rink, swimming pool, trampoline, gym, shops and restaurants.
You can also explore the Vercors and its history, Grenoble, the hanging bridge houses in Royans, the caves of Choranche

Wonderful holiday house!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Close to the ski resort as well as shops and activities in Villard de Lans. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. It's our second stay here in the winter and we will probably return again!

Het verblijf betreft een schoon, comfortabel en goed uitgerust huis, gelegen in een rustige, natuurlijke omgeving met fraai uitzicht rondom.Bijzonderheden:De bedden op de zolderverdiepingen zijn eigenlijk alleen geschikt voor kinderen.Parkeren is mogelijk bij het huis. Voor grotere voertuigen vereist het inparkeren enige stuurvaardigheid, aangezien achteruitrijden noodzakelijk is.Er is geen televisie of wifi aanwezig. Mobiel internet is wel beschikbaar via reguliere netwerken.De communicatie met de eigenaren verliep soepel en prettig.

La maison est située idéalement dans un petit hameau calme avec un environnement superbe. Pas de wifi, ce qui est parfait pour déconnecter pendant le sejour. La maison est bien agencée et rien ne manque, notamment dans les ustensiles de cuisine, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas! Un bus/navette passe à proximité et permet de se rendre notamment au centre de Villard sans voiture.

Maison conforme au descriptif, malgré une petite ambiguité dans l'annonce sur l'emplacement: la maison est aux balcons de Villard dans un hameau en hauteur. Vue époustouflante, décorée avec gout, très propre et très bien équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis bien immédiatement. Literie bonne sauf grand lit chambre parents qui a un peu vécu. La maison a été tres récemment rénovée et est bien entretenue. Chacun a trouvé son bonheur parmis: pêche, VTT descente, trail, randonnées, animations à Villard, balade à cheval, promenades champêtre ou forestière, etc... L'endroit est calme et ressourçant. Nous recommandons ! Merci beaucoup Pascale et Andy de partager votre merveilleuse bergerie.

Juste ce qu'il faut de neige sur les pistes⛷️, un bon moniteur pour les petites filles 👩‍👧‍👧 et un bon logement ! Le logement 🏚️justement, chez Pascale et Andy, super bien situé, Villard & Corrençon en quelques minutes plus une navette à 50m destination les pistes ! ⛷️ 2ème année chez eux et toujours la même satisfaction. Un havre de paix dans un écrin de verdure

Je laisse un commentaire même si au fond de moi je préfèrerais garder cet endroit secret. Après un accueil des plus charmant nous avons profité de cette maison une semaine avec nos deux enfants (5 et 8 ans) Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte ! Entre les jeux découverts pour les plus petits et les spectacles de la nature pour tous, je dois avouer que nous sommes partis avec beaucoup de regrets. Je pense encore à ces couchés de Soleil enflammant la grande Moucherolle… Maison très confortable, très spacieuses avec une terrasse plongée dans la canopée avoisinante. Tout est réunie pour passer un moment ressourçant. J’espère que nous reviendrons. Julien
