Stay at Port A on the Horizon. Our Unit C is part of a triplex on stilts. Perfect location for a beach vacation. We are in a quiet neighborhood. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, night life and the marina. We are about a mile drive, bike, ride or walk to the beach. We are very close to the ferry.,
Unit C is 1300 sq. ft. with 2 bedroom, 2 full bath and sleeps 8 comfortably. You enter a spacious open living area with full kitchen and dining. The living room and bedrooms each have a large flat screen TV and WIFI. We provide Roku and Hulu for your entertainment. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate more family and friends. The Master bedroom is large with a King bed and a twin Daybed and large walk in closet. Bathroom has a glass enclosed shower. Hairdryer, soap, towels and linens provided. Guest room has a twin/full bunk bed with large closet. Second full bath is in hallway next to guest bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. We also have a pack n play available for use if you have a little one.
The kitchen is upscale with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, mixer, can opener and pots and pans along with other items to prepare meals for your family. There is a large walk-in pantry to store your food. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 barstools for dining at the countertop bar.
There is a closed utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron and ironing board is provided and plenty of cabinets for your laundry essentials.
There is a front deck balcony with patio seating to watch the sunsets or see the ships coming down the channel. There is also a large back deck balcony to watch the sunrise. There is patio seating and also a larger patio table if you would like to dine al fresca.
We provide a lot of parking under the house and in the large spacious drive. So bring your car, kayak and boat or other beach toys. There is a large shaded area under the house with picnic tables for your leisure. We also provide a gas grill and a charcoal grill in the backyard if you want to entertain outdoors. The kitchen has some non- breakable dishes and cups for your outdoor meals. No glassware in or around the pool for your safety.
We have a shared pool for the triplex in our tropical backyard with palm trees and plenty of lounge chairs and patio table with umbrella and chairs. The pool is kid friendly and deep end is 4 ft. You will have the feel of a tropical oasis. We have a shower under the house for those times you want to rinse off the beach sand. We also have a full downstairs bath with a shower.
Home is all electric with air conditioning and heat.
We have a private elevator available. Just let us know if you need to use it.
