Typsy Bear is an open concept home with large windows to view the pine trees, watch the stars or let in the morning light.

The upstairs is the main living area with a large open living room, dining area,well stocked kitchen and eating bar. The living room as a large flat screen TV with local channels and internet access. This level also has a large queen master suite with sink area separated from the shower and toilet room and nice walk in closet. The downstairs has a large entry area with large closet perfect for your winter gear. You will also find a second large bedroom with a queen bed, a large bathroom and large laundry room that leads to the lower deck. All bedroom TV's are internet only.

There are 2 large decks, each with their own beauty. Catch the morning sun and enjoy your coffee on the upper deck as you watch the wildlife in the neighborhood. The upper deck has eating area and a nice fire pit with wood provided.The lower deck is perfect for afternoon drinks as the sunset colors begin in front of you.

This home is bright and airy with tall ceilings and lots of windows. On a snowy day, relax on the over sized couches and chairs and watch your favorite movie or play with one of the many board and other games. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, and serving items. This home comes with an effective portable Air Conditioner located in the living room during summer months.

This large 3/4 acre property is perfect for outdoor family games, let the kids explore, or set off toward one of the many trails that lead to Lake Forest or Village Lake. This home is just a couple minutes from the grocery store and many uptown restaurants as well as the fantastic PLPOA Recreation Center with large indoor pool, hot tub, or exercise facility with daily classes.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Worth it!

Close to Cross Country Skiing

Pagosa is beautiful and this house is in a beautiful wooded subdivision. The cross country ski areas were 5-10 min. and plenty of restaurants close as well. Disappointed that the deck on the website had not been cleaned off, so we couldn’t enjoy sunny afternoons on the porch. When the evenings got cold we couldn’t get the pellet stove to work either. We would have given the cleanliness a 5, but some dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the pots were in poor condition. Too many fees doubled the price we first expected.

Ski Trip

The neighborhood was nice, Pagosa Springs is a neat town with great food. The accommodations worked great for our family. It was comfortable and cozy.

Family ski getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Tipsy Bear, this was our 2nd time using this location. It worked great as a home base for our family. One non- skier stayed back and walked the trails and explored the town while the rest of us spent our days at Wolf Creek. Great location !

Getaway

The location and woodsy neighborhood was wonderful. Many walks around the area enjoying the beautiful views. Great location, well stocked just needed TLC which didn’t stop us from enjoying this place. General maintenance inside which we mentioned to the management team.
