Downstairs:
Bear's Den - master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, vanity with sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and large jetted bathtub.

Kitchen - a well-equipped kitchen features a new stove, eye-level microwave, large side-by-side fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, breakfast bar, 14-cup coffee maker, dishes, and silverware service for 10. It is stocked with spices and enough essentials to last for a few days so you can get settled in before going to the store.

Laundry Room - large capacity washer & dryer - no need to bring tons of clothes.

Living Room - with warming pellet stove (no having to go outside for firewood!) and comfy 2-recliner couch with 2 additional recliners perfect for large groups, 48"smart TV with HDMI cable, DVD player, and great WIFI.

Mud Rooms - located at the front and garage entrance; please, no shoes in the house.

Outdoor Patio - hot tub area with a table, swing, and gas BBQ grill. Enjoy your coffee on the patio while you watch the sunrise and wildlife.

Garage - comes with an extra refrigerator and seating. We've converted the garage into a game room for more family fun activities; complete with a foosball table, dartboard, and ring toss game. Yard games include cornhole, horseshoes, and croquet set.

Southwestern Room - guest bedroom w/ full-size bed & a large walk-in closet.

Rumble Room - grand room featuring 2 twin-size beds, 1 queen-size fold-out couch, breakfast table, and Roku TV. Great room for the kids!

Upstairs Bathroom - toilet, vanity with sink, bathtub/shower combination.
