Perfect family getaway spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped with ample space and lovely European charm accents. Amazing location to the village and a very easy check in process. Property manager was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Place

The home was nice. Location was perfect for us. Owner was very helpful and easy to contact with questions. Great outdoor areas. Clean Beds could be updated. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location right by the Village. Spacious home, plenty of room for our two families. Kitchen stocked well enough to prepare several meals. Lovely fireplace, comfortable couch in living room. Water pressure good, heat in showers varies from fair to good. Brigitte was prompt in responding to our concerns, including sluggish heater downstairs and leak from upstairs bath into downstairs bedroom. Home is quaint but dated, with carpeting and upholstered furniture triggering some allergies.

guests called to inform me that the downstairs heating system was not working. i spent 2 hours on the phone to get hvac on a holiday weekend. when i called to let guest know the man was on his way they told me that it just took a bit to warm up. i had to pay for service call none the less. guests plugged up a toilet requiring a plumber. i took it all in stride - then they asked for a discount......

Incredible family/friends retreat in the heart of Arrowhead

We had great time with friends for New year. The cabin is beautiful and just across the street from the restaurants and shopping center in the village. Brigitte, the owner is very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great experience. Will definitely come back.

Great for our purposes

Fantastic location. Quirky and fun house with great layout for our family and well behaved dog. Some deferred maintenance but didn’t impact our experience. Great BBQ and lots of outdoor seating options.

Great time once again!

We love staying here, it’s perfect for our big group. Everyone has their own bedroom and own bathroom. There is plenty of space! Brigitte is great with the communication and easy to get in touch with! Hope to stay here again next year!

Lovely house

We stayed for 4th of July weekend. Lovely big house with lots of room. Also centrally located right near village, so we could walk everywhere. Wonderful fireworks show and evening concerts at village. Property manager (Bridgette) was awesome; so responsive to all our needs. We had a great time and highly recommend:)

our home has a two-zone heating system - each controlled by a nest thermostat. guests only turned up the upstairs thermostat, which would, of course, made upstairs hot and downstairs cold! this was explained to them in numerous e-mails!i was in the home the day prior to guests arrival to install the christmas tree and drop off cookie sheets they requested! - the home was spotless and there certainly were no spiders. there was a barrage of questions and requests before they arrived as well as during their stay

Location was perfect!

My family came up for Thanksgiving we had 8 adults 3 kids ranging from 2-15 and one dog and this home was comfortable for all. It had a plenty of bathrooms and a large enough kitchen to cook a full thanksgiving meal. In my opinion the location was the best as it was down the street from the lake side restaurants and shops. There was a small leak under the sink that caused us to clean out the cabinet under the sink a few times.

Cozy and quaint!

I stayed here with my family for New Year’s Eve. I was extremely satisfied with my choice. The house is a great size for a large family (not to mention the importance of 5 bathrooms). The listing pictures don’t do it justice. It has so many cute details around the house. I loved how close it was to The Village. We got lucky and it snowed on our last day! It was a fabulous trip!
