160m² farmhouse with heated and secure swimming pool in the middle of the vineyards (Grenache) near typical villages of Corbières and Minervois and a few minutes from the Canal du Midi. Calm assured, ideal for recharging your batteries.
Private swimming pool of 8 x 4m - Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue.
Ground of balls.
6 people + baby bed and high chair.
You will find in the house all the necessary comfort to make the most of your stay.
Ground floor: A beautiful living room with kitchen, a large 5-burner gas stove + oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge / freezer, a large table for family meals, living room with sofa and TV as well as 'a bar area.
DVD player some DVDs, games and books are available.
Shower room (140cm), washing machine and dryer + cupboard + 1 WC and a large hallway.
Upstairs: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms from the 2017 season: 2 bedrooms with 160cmx200cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90cmx200cm beds

Lovely house in the vineyards

We had a wonderful week staying in this property. The rooms are air conditoned with comfortable beds and a great shower. There is everything you need for a great holiday. The pool is amazing, it is heated and like the property spotlessly clean. It makes an ideal base for touring the area whoch is rich in history. Thank you for your hospitality and welcome pack.

Wir haben zu zweit einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Von der großzügigen Terrasse mit tollem Pool zur Alleinnutzung hat man einen wunderschönen Blick in ein Weinfeld und in die Natur. Die sehr herzlichen und aufmerksamen Vermieter wohnen in einem separaten Haus auf dem Grundstück. Sie sind äußerst hilfsbereit und zugleich diskret. Sie betreiben einen Bio-Weintraubenanbau auf dem Grundstück, aus dem sie herrlichen Traubensaft machen. Lézignan ist ein sehr guter Standort, um die Corbières und das Minervois zu entdecken und auch ans Meer zu fahren.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Wir waren total begeistert. Agnes und Stephane sind Gastgeber , die einen von Anfang an den Urlaub genießen lassen. Man fühlt sich herzlich aufgenommene. Es ist alles da um eine schöne Zeit zuhaben. Obwohl das Wohnhaus direkt daneben ist, war es an Privatsphäre nicht zu überbieten. Danke

Maison très calme, pas loin de la ville mais assez en retrait pour être au calme. Intérieur spacieux et très agréable. Piscine chauffée et vu entourée par les vignes magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable avec sa grande pièce de vie au rez-de-chaussée et ses trois chambres climatisées à l'étage. A l’extérieur, le calme absolu et une piscine chauffée, que demander de mieux. Enfin, très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont à la fois discrets mais savent se rendre disponibles en cas de besoin.

Perfekt für Erholung

Praktisch, einfach, alles notwendige vorhanden. Betten bezogen, Handtücher vorhanden und einiges alle Reinigungsmittel und Zubehör waren vorhanden. Der Pool ist eine tolle Ergänzung und fabelhaft. Fahrräder sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die ruhige Lage in den Weinfeldern ist super. Viel Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le mas! Nous étions dans un décor enchanteur, entourés de vignes. Nous avons également profité de la piscine à chaque jour; c’est vraiment un attrait incontournable de la propriété. Le calme, le soleil, la piscine tout y est!

Logement situé au calme et très central pour les visites aux alentours. La piscine privée au bord de la terrasse au milieu des vignes pour se rafraîchir est vraiment incroyable. Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et les cadeaux de bienvenue ! Un endroit à recommander sans hésiter !
