Fireplace. 2 car oversized garage. 100 foot tidal canal access w/ private boat slip. 15 mins boatride through canals to Bay and Gulf. Bikes provided. Large yard with beautiful plantings. Regular pool and yard maintenance. Trash pickup included. PLEASE NOTE: some photos show former owners' furnishings. WILL CONSIDER DISCOUNTS for rentals of 30 days or more.

EXTREMELY RUN DOWN !

The place should not be rented. Everything is falling apart and broken. The door was so old it was falling apart and didn’t lock. The screens were ripped out of the lanai. Bedding was dirty stained and extremely old. Furniture falling apart unsafe and unusable. There were dead rats, live rates, and cockroaches. Please save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere. The owner was very rude and not helpful. When I complained about the rats she told me “ everyone has rats that live on the canal.” I have rented many other properties on the canal here and have never seen live and dead rats on my rental properties. Owner just didn’t care about my concerns. She said I was just trying to get my money back. She was truly a nasty woman to deal with. There were many other annoying things about the house but space on this platform is limited but example would be refrigerator full of there food, ice maker didn’t work. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived etc…. Just DONT RENT THIS PROPERTY

Amazing location! Easy walk or bike ride to town! Canal is amazing! Mike was excellent and very accommodating!

Why they chose this property

Walk to town, restaurants and beach. But our street very quiet. Hse next door not occupied—for sale. Pix don’t show mature plantings that you can see from street. Rare lg yard for kids new roof, AC, dishwasher and furniture. Pool heated and great for kids. Mbr has king bed private br and walk-in closet.
