2-12 min away (driving) from famous SIESTA BEACH, very private cozy house with swimming pool, walking distance to entrance to beautiful Phillippi Creek harbor, where you can paddle board or put your boat into water..
3 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa [sleeps 2], 3 bathrooms, very spacious living area with extra dining room, kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry room with brand new appliances as well, anything you need we have ready for you. [ beach chairs, towels, beach towels and etc.

Nice patio including electric grill , table and chairs
You can easily reach any location in town from our house within few minutes, such as Crescent beach (2 minutes driving), Turtle beach(10 min), Siesta public beach(10min) and famous St. Armand's circle with access to Lido beach ( 20min)

It is always only about location, fantastic neighborhood, our house is cozy and very private, away from island" season" madness but still just 2-10 min away (driving) from the beach access and beautiful one and only SIESTA BEACH...
our house is very spacious (3+3) with private pool ( our pool is not heated) , perfect fit for your family vacation
very safe spot, so you can really enjoy any outdoor activities [for example morning walking or jogging], walking distance to awesome Phillippi Creek harbor , where you can take your boat, jet ski or paddle board and relax by the water side
