Spacious, nicely furnished 3 bdrm, 2 bath home with private heated pool. Located very close to Siesta Key beaches, restaurants and shopping. Features split floor plan, large living room with office desk in corner, master bdrm with king size bed, 2. bdrm with queen size bed and 3. bdrm with Trundle bed (1 full size bed and 1 twin bed underneath the full). Laundry room inside the house, 2 car garage; large, screened outdoor space and fence for privacy. Sleeps 6 maximum, incl. children.

Nice house and location

The house was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed during the vacation. But one thing wasn’t good that during evening time we couldn’t enjoy the patio because we got bitten mosquito like flies and it itches very badly. Otherwise everything was good.

Outstanding home with lots of room close to Siesta Key Beach

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and is ideally located, close to beaches, shopping, golf courses, Philippe Estate Park and restaurants. The outside area, including lanai and pool were delightful. The house is well appointed with lots of room for six adults. Communication with the property manager was excellent . We highly recommend this property and would easily sta here again.
