Immaculate, 3 bedroom, 2 bath Close to Siesta Beach, with HEATED POOL

Lovely single story home built in 1962, remodeled completely 2014. As the photos show, the bedrooms are spacious with the Master suite privately tucked on the kitchen side of the house. Master bath with huge shower. Original terrazzo floors in the living room and 2 guest bedrooms with beautiful porcelain tile throughout the rest. King bed in the Master and twins or king in the second bedroom and a queen-size bed in the third. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/ shower combination. New kitchen totally outfitted for your convenience. Super quiet dishwasher, large refrigerator/ freezer, pots and pans galore (if you want to cook), and ample storage for your vacation provisions. Florida style lanai dining area and seating at the kitchen bar/ counter. Large living room with a bay window. 50-inch Flat screen tv in the living room, 42 in master, and 32 in the 2nd bedroom and 40 in the third bedroom all with Xfinity wifi streaming through Roku in Guest mode. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Enough bedding and towels (even beach towels) so you won't wash much. Siesta Key beach is a short drive away, but, if you like, you can enjoy the outdoors out back on the patio. 600 square feet of deck and a beautiful swimming pool with sun shelves. Gas grill ready to go with comfortable seating around a large table with additional recliners and chaise lounges.
The limit of guests on the property is the booking amount of persons, this reflects our "No Events or Parties" house rule.
In addition, only two (2) vehicles are allowed on the property unless arrangements are made before booking. There is no on-street parking allowed.
There is one only recorded surveillance camera in use outside the front of the house facing the driveway and the front door.
The limit of guests and vehicles is to ensure the safety and quality of experience for guests and also to be sure the properties use is in harmony with our great neighbors.

Really wonderful house and terrific Hosts who provided every convenience we needed and beyond to make for a very comfortable stay. This house is indeed immaculate , very nicely appointed and the pool and deck are super well maintained. A truly great all around place to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time away

My family and I had a very wonderful and comfortable stay at the house. Lots of space, utilities as needed. The pool was an absolute HIT! Close and easy drive to the beach also. We definitely would rate this house a big 5!

Excellent house!

Our stay was amazing! The house is extremely clean, plenty of cutlery, towels, has everything you need! The backyard is beautiful with plenty of room and comfortable seating along with a large and warm pool! The owners take pride in their house and it shows. The house is close to Publix, Starbucks and other shops as well as a 10 minute drive to Siesta Beach. We will be back!

Stay for a horse show

We love staying at a home instead of a hotel. The only complaint was the distance to the horse park, but no fault of the owners. The horse park is in the middle of nowhere and nothing is close to it.

Prefect in every way!

This house is perfect. It was so clean I didn't want to mess it up. The backyard is the highlight of this property. We spent 7 days here and several just hung out in the backyard. The pool is perfect! I will stay here again, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Perfect fit for my family

Immaculate, neat and simply beautiful back yard for enjoyment! Robert and Tina greeted us and showed us their lovely home. It had everything that we wanted: nice sized kitchen and accomodations. Can’t say enough about the beautiful pool and backyard! Perfect little retreat! Location was great- truly a 10 minute drive to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Vacation October 2019

My husband and I stayed for a week in Oct. 2019. Everything was excellent. The owners meet us at the property when we arrived. They walked us through the property. The time spent there was wonderful. It was truly a hone away from home. The outside deck and pool area was so perfect and relaxing. They responded quickly to any concerns. Overall it was a great week and I will stay here again when we return to the area in the future!

Awesome Rental near Siesta Key

We loved the House ! Unfortunately the weather was much cooler than expected which limited our pool time. The House was supplied with all amenities you could ever want. Suggestions: two ply toilet tissue and a knife sharpener. Otherwise, couldnt have been a better experience !

Beautiful and amazing!

We had a great time at this rental. The home is absolutely beautiful and completely up to date! Robert and Tina and fantastic hosts and we really appreciate all the nice extras! The pool is incredible and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet! Perfect location, very easy to commute to the beach, the stores, and great restaurants. The home is spotless ! We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this exceptionally clean, well stocked home in a fantastic location. The owners met us at the property to acquaint us and answer any questions we might have. The home was very well stocked with all of the expected amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, soap, etc.) plus many extras that added to the welcoming feel (coffee, cream, fresh fruit, a bottle of wine - sunscreen, body lotion, etc.). The split floor plan of this home provides a great layout for a group of travelers. We would stay in this home again when visiting this area.

Perfect stay in Sarasota near Siesta Ley

The property was immaculate. The host met us at the property and gave us a tour and nearby dinner suggestions. Plenty of towels, warm and clean pool, comfortable and large rooms. The property had been recently remodelled and everything worked perfectly. The host provided a complementary Trader Joe’s bottle of wine with fruit and coffee bag with creamer. They also provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels. Easy drive to both Siesta Key and Lido beach. Would highly recommend for responsible adults or family with kids. If you are looking for a “party house” this is not the place.

Immaculate home in sunny Sarasota

We spent 10 days in this lovely property! Tina and her husband met us at the door - gave an informative quick tour of the house and it was obvious from the beginning that we have a beautiful home to enjoy for our vacation! They provided fruit, coffee and creamer and bottle of wine - simple but thoughtful essentials after a day of travel ! To say this house is orderly and clean is to say very little !! It’s immaculate!! The pool and outdoor area is spotless with cozy furniture and shade from lovely palm trees! It’s a great rental for a quiet and considerate family of 4-5 ! This is our 4 th rental house in Sarasota and one of our favorites !! Thank you !

Beautiful home!

This home was absolutely stunning! It was spotless and they had many amenities and extra things at the home that helped us out so much. The walk through of the house when we arrived and how nice and accommodating they were was very reassuring. This was my families first trip to siesta/Sarasota and even just the pool at this house made it extra amazing. We loved the plentiful towels, the kitchen is wonderful, the pool was spectacular and so clean. The home was cozy and very open and clean. The beds were perfect and there truly wasn’t one complaint. Our only suggestion (since we were a total of 6 people) is a larger trash can..something so silly but we had about 8 trash bags..but besides that we will absolutely return! Highly suggest this house!

The kicked us out and called the police. They canceled my reservation and will not refund my money. I will be posting a video of the owner screaming and swearing at my family. I will post my review of VIRBO and the con people were who owned the property

Incredible!

I don’t know where to begin. Tina and Robert were fantastic! We drove down from Missouri through the start of Hurricane Debby and they went out of their way to send links for road/driving conditions and the track of the storm. We arrived in the early morning hours, stayed in an hotel then spent the day driving around checking out how town had changed since our last visit. We arrived over an hour before check in and they had no problem meeting us early to let us in. The home is fantastic. We felt right at home and we all loved the pool! The house is stocked with Everything you would have at home but food and personal hygiene items. They supplied sunscreen, aloe Vera, towels, beach toys, and pool toys.If you are a reader, they have a wonderful selection of books for you to enjoy while you visit. This house has it all and the owners are very friendly and take great pride in this property. We will stay here again the next time we visit! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this for the week!
