The house was clean and nicely decorated. Centrally located. Easy to get around town and to the beaches. Good communication with host. Checking in was easy. Would stay there again.

Great choice for Nationals Rowing Championship

Beautiful and updated home that's centrally located. We stayed here for the National Rowing Championship and it was about 15 minute drive. Actually everything we wanted to visit was within a 15-20 minute drive of the home. Great communication from owner and easy check-in. Owner allowed us to check in early since our flight arrived at noon.

Overall pretty good, location wasn't great but wasn't terrible (off of a busy cut-through street) Host was attentive and the hang out space in the garage is an added bonus for sure. Some things could have made the stay a little better. Only 1 of the 3 ceiling fans and lights worked properly. Back porch flooring turned everyone's feet very black (the plastic tiles appear to be deteriorating in the extreme heat) And the kitchen garage can is very small, needing to consistently be changed. Overall we had a nice stay but somethings could be improved.
